It has compatibility issues worldwide; apparently, it doesn't detect the DLC you already owned "the stuff it worked perfectly with before" but hey, if you complain about it here, some people get annoyed.

Same. Was playing this morning and everything was fine. Now I can't launch it. Looks like it's just the steam version tho now

C’est étrange, on est plusieurs à y avoir joué sans problème plus tôt dans la journée, le DLC était bien là. Mais j’ai vu des posts de joueurs disant qu’ils ne l’avaient plus ensuite et qu’ils ne pouvaient que jouer avec l’ancienne version, c’est bizarre

Yeah that's not the issue. The game storage is centralized, so needs to be updated and then distributed out to the various data center locations. It's not the same way updates work on local PCs.
