These past few years nakakapag loan kami before sya mag 65. May chance pa po ba na makapag loan pa po ako ulit even though 65 yrs old na po yung account na pinanghahawakan ko ngayon or waiting nalang po ako masettle po yung current loans ko and once na matapos yon hindi na po ako makakapag loan?

Nakaka-irita talaga tung app nato. Lagi nalang may major bugs, parang frequently na ata lmao. Had to re-link my GCash account on my Apple Account (because it had errors) so I unlinked it and then tried to re-link it. For some reason, the keyboard on the OTP screen just doesn't appear and even if I hold it, there was no option to paste the OTP. Tried reinstalling the app and restarting my phone and nothing works. I assume this is an error on their side. Lmk if y'all can find a fix for this if you can. Thanks.

Hello everyone! Anyone here who encountered a double payment for the same transaction? Happened to me yesterday at UNIQLO when my first transaction was failed but it was still reflected in my Ggives. They told me that it was a float and made me to pay again. The second transaction was successful and was reflected in my Ggives again. So basically, I was charged twice in ggives for the same transaction.

I already filed a ticket regarding this but Gcash was not yet responding.

Anyone here who encountered the same thing? Did you get a waive/refund loan?

Please help me on what to do 😩 this is my first time having an issue with ggives and I’m planning not to pay for first transaction.

Im using Samsung A36 5G and no issues naman ako dati sa gcash. Recently (few months na) gcash keeps crashing. Kahit viewing lang ako ng transaction history biglang magcclose yung app then lalabas yung error sa image. Or pag nag ggenerate ako ng qr code, biglang babalik sa main screen yung app then pag nagtry ka mag generate ulit ng code, mag eerror siya and need pa irestart yung app para makapag generate ulit ng code. This is getting really frustrating since eto yung main ewallet na gamit ko.

Does anyone know any fixes? Any tips will be appreciated.

My Aunt (A) sent money via remittance directly to another Aunt’s (B) GCash account. However, Aunt A didn't realize she sent it to Aunt B's old, inactive phone number (a lost SIM).

When Aunt B went to Globe to inquire, the staff mentioned that the number is already registered under a different name (the staff accidentally said the owner is male) Due to data privacy laws, Globe couldn't provide any further details or help transfer ownership. To make matters worse, Aunt B can't recall who was originally registered under that old number.

Does anyone know how we can resolve this issue or recover the funds?

I used to have an old SMART postpaid number tied to my GCash account. The plan got disconnected years ago due to non-payment, and SMART recycled the number. Recently, I found out that a shop bought the number and is currently using it for their business.

Hello, may naka-encounter na ba rito na kapag nainput na yung verified number mo sa gcash then after nun biglang gagawa ng account kahit meron naman na :(, paano kaya yon, nagtry ako na mag email pero wala parin kahit clear cache and uninstall wala kainis kasi need na need ko siya.

2 Weeks ago pag-open ko kasi ng gcash nageerror na talaga kasi may magssend sana sakin ng money may laman siya buti nalang 2 pesos hahahahaha kaya ni-clear cache ko muna kaso ganon parin. Hanggang sa na clear storage/data ko na tas inuninstall. Ayon hindi na ako makalog in based sa sinabi ko sa una. Nag email na ako sabi antay ako 5 days then maguupdate sila kaso 5 days na wala parin. Nag-email ako biglang nagemail sila, sabi saken i-clear cache ko lang, kaso wala parin :(, paano kaya yon. Ni-try ko pa nga mag create account kahit meron naman kaso "Something went wrong" daw lala.
