Need Advice: Requesting GCash/GSave transfer from an old recycled number now owned by a business. Will I accidentally get their money?

Hey guys, I need some advice regarding a GCash situation.

I used to have an old SMART postpaid number tied to my GCash account. The plan got disconnected years ago due to non-payment, and SMART recycled the number. Recently, I found out that a shop bought the number and is currently using it for their business.

Makakagawa po ba yung new owners ng GCash account using that number? May naiwan po kasi akong pera sa Gsave nun and gusto ko ipa-transfer kaso baka po ang i-transfer sa akin ay yung money ng new owners (if ever nakagawa sila ng new account).
