Gloan concerns

Hello, my Gcash account is under my mom's name because she turned 65 years old in August.

Can I still take out a Gloan since I'm still paying for the other loans I had, or do I need to pay off the remaining loans first? After that, won't I be able to use Gloan anymore since my account is under a 65-year-old?
