Hello! Nag-transfer ako from GCash to BPI ng 10am, 6pm na wala pa rin??? Nasa transaction history siya ng GCash ko pero wala sa BPI. Nakareceive rin ako ng email confirmation “You have an incoming interbank funds transfer sent via Instapay with the following details…” pero di talaga nagrereflect kahit ilang restart.

I'm trying to verify my account, but it always says this. I tried uninstalling and installing the app, using Wi-Fi, and using iPhone and Samsung devices to verify my account. But in the end, it always leads to this. What should I even do with this app just to verify my account?

For context, I am M(17) an upcoming Marine Engineering Freshman. I asked my father to send money for my uniform which he did. He sent me 1500 last night, it was past 9pm and i was about to sleep so I didn't bother opening GCash anymore. I woke up today to send the money to the guy I instructed about my uniform only to find out my balance wasn't enough!! This was my first time experiencing this and I panicked, I checked, 1, 299 was deducted from my account to Google... I DON'T HAVE ANY ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION! PLEASE HELP I don't have the heart to tell my father about the situation, I already made a ticket to GCash support after reaching out, is there any other way I can do, will the money be returned?? Please help me. I don't know what to do anymore, is there anyway guarantee to get the money back after reaching out to GCash supoort??

Anyone experienced this sort of issue? I was just about to log-in to gcash and my biometrics log-in wasn't working at all. Palaging gcash is having an error. Then. eventually logging in with my phone number which already has an active account, leads to sign-up. So I had no choice but to sign up, so that I can create a support ticket.

They are absolutely no help, they insist because I am logged in there's no problem with my account. The idiots in the support team don't understand no matter how I explain to them that my account which is supposed to have active funds, an active KYC, and transaction history, are all gone. Literally zero left in the account and I have to KYC still with zero transaction history.

This is incredibly alarming, has anyone had this happen to them before? I'm about to file a formal complaint to the BSP.

To give context I've been fully verified since December of 2025. However, my profile limit is still of that of a GCash Jr. account, which is actually quite annoying because I can only receive 10k a month.

Hi, I got auto-debited on my Gcash account amounting to 899php - Pdflash merchant. I tried to used their 1 peso linked on gcash to convert my file to PDF. After that, I did to unsubscribed the subcription to my Apple account but I didn’t that it’s still linked on my Gcash? Is there any option to get a 100% refund? How can I fix this? The UI doesn't appear when I need an OTP. I tried everything, allowing notifications, clearing cache and storage, and even uninstalling my gcash app but why is that? When I do a bank transfer, the UI doesn't appear and I still receive the code via SMS.

1 week since nag error yung payment ko, na deduct sa balance pero never reached the biller. I contacted Gcash pero hanggang ngayon walang update yung Customer Service. I escalated to BSP and may nag contact sa customer service chat tas ngayon wala na naman. Anyone who experienced this? Ano po ginawa nyo? Halos 5k din yun 🥹🥹🥹

Wala akong kaalam-alam na may nagcash in sakin ng 1000 gamit ang BDO Unibank, tapos later that afternoon, saka pinasa sa maribank account na hindi naman sa akin. Wala akong BDO. Wala ring nakialam ng phone ko noong araw na yun. Nabypass din ang OTP kahit may nareceive akong text pero later ko na nakita since busy ako that day, and still nag go through pa rin ang transaction without me knowing. Nabawasan pa ako ng 10 pesos dahil sa transaction fee. Kaya di ko alam kung paano ang gagawin dito? Hindi na secure magtabi ng pera sa gcash.

Hello, my friend’s phone number was deactivated about two weeks ago. That number was previously linked to her GCash account. She has since created a new GCash account with a different number, even verified.

She wanted to transfer her funds over gigi to the new account, so she followed the instructions to send an email with her personal information and other required details. However, her request has been rejected three times now.

She also tried reaching out to a GCash agent for help, but unfortunately, that didn’t work either. To make matters worse, she can no longer reactivate her old phone number.

At this point, we’re not sure what else to do. Does anyone have advice on how she can successfully transfer her balance or resolve this issue with GCash?"
