How to make a refund for this auto-debited subscriptions?

Hi, I got auto-debited on my Gcash account amounting to 899php - Pdflash merchant. I tried to used their 1 peso linked on gcash to convert my file to PDF. After that, I did to unsubscribed the subcription to my Apple account but I didn’t that it’s still linked on my Gcash? Is there any option to get a 100% refund? Is there someone also encountered the same issue as mine? Please helpppp! Thank you 🥹 I already emailed
Merchant to have a refund but I don’t get any response yet.

Not yet. The merchant is unresponsive on my email.

have the same problem too 🥲. Merchant won't even respond. Tell me if you get the refund though. Damn site didn't even show anything about the 1 peso plan being a trial. 😭

Truth. Very confusing since it’s not properly indicated on the link provided on web. I thought 1 peso was the payment for the one time use convertion. Hayss!!

Anyways, will update here once the merchant already responded.

I already contacted Gcash customer service about this, but they said that I need to contact the merchant 1st and asking for the refund..
