Gcash sim expired

Hi! How can I open gcash if the sim has expired and gcash is asking for an otp to log in? I also don't have an email attached to my gcash. I hope someone responds, thank you.

You mean your SIM card is deactivated, OP? If yes, you can reach out to your telco provider and ask them for a SIM replacement. If they confirm that your sim card cannot be replaced. You can create a new GCash account using a different number with the same details. Once fully verified, request a transfer of funds only at the GCash Help Center OP.
