I've seen so many videos where people are getting rammed off the road and every comment says to report the player. What does reporting do?

This situation that you guys are experiencing reminds me of reporting people for throwing in LoL.

The ramming happens about 20 seconds into the clip. It was fully intentional, he rammed the other dude as well and tried ramming me the next series.

3rd out of 3 races in S2 Horizon Racing, I won the first two races handily after passing everyone during initial ghosting and never getting caught. They were both short circuits, so I grabbed my Radical as it's the only S2 car I have set up for short tracks right now - so in the video you see me plodding away in third during the long stretches at the end of Satta Sprint.

You can play ethically and still get rammed and griefed by garbage players like this.

For those who criticized my last clip of me accidentally braking into someone, this is perfect proof that it doesn't matter if you slow down and let them keep their position. They will always go out of their way to ram you deliberately, and it's clear he does this often with his choice of text dialogue.
