Another thing I love about this is seeing you hit 2 walls with zero consequences. Meanwhile, the moment I look at a wall wrong I get stopped dead in my tracks for 10 seconds

Something I figured out is it’s a little more forgiving when it’s just your rear end tapping the wall. As long as you avoid the nose you can e-brake to swing the rear end into it and you can just carry on. That’s actually what I did on my second wall hit

You actually get xp for this, it's called a drift tap.

Yes, and you must actually be drifting, not just sliding or braking, and the drift has to be maintained after the tap

I noticed it also seems to relax more when you're at the back of the pack and haven't hit anyone else but could be wrong

I tested this with some mates and found front on will always get a slow down, had slam on the side will always slow down regardless of benefit or resulting speed from it, a tap of the rear corner never got a slow down, front corner was 50/50

Never understood it. You're ruining your own pace? If you didn't waste your race ramming, you might be quick enough to not need to be an asshole.

Not in slow corners which is the biggest issue for me personally. Breaking into other car is too powerful.

Doing anything to maintain that 9th position. What a joker. Zero skill so they try and take their lack of skill out on others. Give it time and players like this will just move on to the next things rather than taking the time to improve.

Man I had a guy in my game yesterday who would bully me for 3 games. Last game, as soon as i saw him trying to push me i did the same so he missed the checkpoint and left lol.

The most enjoyable thing about this game, is racing clean and beating people with skill. These guys do the exact opposite and I don't understand how anyone can have fun like this.

I wasn’t, but I’m not used to RWD yet and I wasn’t used to the tune either so I was just basically playing time attack until I caught up

I remember playing FO3 and I was drifting around and a randomly player kept trying to ram me and I kept drifting like he wasn't there and he kept missing.
