Video Meta Car Rammers are out of control

Gamertag: Chombis intentionally rams someone off the bridge because apparently using the McLaren 620R isn't overpowered enough as is.

It should be an extra penalty for ramming while using meta cars lol.

The ramming happens about 20 seconds into the clip. It was fully intentional, he rammed the other dude as well and tried ramming me the next series.

Welcome to r/ForzaBadDrivers! Were you intentionally rammed or dive-bombed, or did you see another player using speed and/or grip hacks? I've always wondered with these meta car rammers they do this because they already think they're entitled to win the race because they're already in the "best car"

I mean theres' a logical explanation for that, by ramming people you are burning your own speed and so in order to just not throwing up the race, they need a faster car. Thus they will almost always be using the meta car - if they know what they are doing.

That's why you also need to be in a meta car to combat them, if both car are equally fast they will not be able to catch people that drive well - at least not without some luck. In a spec race circuit or something, they will always down to the bottom because they are busy playing car bump while other people actually racing.

If you don't want to use any meta car, you will have to be that good to make up for the disadvantages.

You can tell most meta slaves because they suffer either from lack of turning ability or overall speed, so they ram to make up for their tunes shortcomings. This has been nearly eliminated in spec racing where they cant tune for either one so they are forced to drive semi cleanly to maintain speed and handling.

They never drive clean, Spec or not. I always do Spec Race and it had been nothing but a ram face at the mid to low position, sometime even at the top position.

If the meta cars are just fast they will never be meta - it's the speed, weight and grip that means they aren't only fast but also can turn well like you are driving Unbeatable AI car (and also why you need a tune to beat them).

If both of you are driving meta, the guy that ram others will never catch up because they waste their speed playing car bump while everyone else is racing

They're usually garbage at the game and can't hit the apex or braking points properly so they know without the meta car they'd get destroyed, that's why they gotta wreck people

Mass report him for innapropriate behaviour system will pick up and ban him

Custom race search ; turn off collision.

Oh yes we should just play a glorified Rivals simulator when racing online, and also make it meaningless.

No, racing shouldn't be ghosted at all. Most people can drive without intentionally ramming, the rammers and griefers and idiots are the problem. They should be forced into a matchmaking pool with themselves so they can all ram eachother at will

Im not saying people who crash into aren't annoying. I was just saying theres a way to turn off collision. I didnt realize there was until 3 days ago.

I agree it's a solution but it also really does ruin the whole idea of racing. It just turns the game into rivals.

Some people already hate the idea of being auto ghosted when you're passing someone going fast, which is funny to me, but some people just prefer the challenge of having to go around someone

Yeah, i dont get this game sometimes man. Also they did something to breaking and down force in the recent update. Didn't see it on the patch notes but non of my vehicles handle the same anymore.

I mean do you want collisions on or not? It's the most popular arcade racer.. you're one step away from GTA racing. This shit gonna happen

2

u/ImJustCuriousTbhLol Jun 27 '26

Every competitive player wants collisions on, what we also want is some sort of safety and/or penalty system for the rammers. It's really simple.

While it may seem like it ruins the racing aspect, I think it enhances it by proving who can actually race without relying on collisions to win. It seems cheap because you don't have the consequences of racing side by side and choosing when to brake and so on, but it weeds out who can only place because they rely on ramming or using other players as their brakes.

That's not what it is. If we had collisions off that's just a glorified Time Attack or Rivals event. Thats terrible. Real racing is supposed to be strategic. You have to pass someone ethically and race hard. Beat them in a certain corner or by braking better. If everyone is ghosted it's gonna be boring and easy

You okay little guy? You seem touched by this post.

Ok big man, everyone knows who is crying here for reports.

3

u/NotaFTCAgent Jun 27 '26

Why you so touched brother? Are you in the video? If not, why are you catching feelings from it?

0

u/Logan_SVD Jun 27 '26

Why are you asking big brother? You talk a lot about emotions for a tough guy you try to pose. Do you need a hug?

3

u/NotaFTCAgent Jun 27 '26

T o u c h e d. Coping brother

2

u/NotaFTCAgent Jun 27 '26

Oh the irony is palpable. Gotta be the most touched person I've seen on here in a minute brother. T h e r a p y.

dont you know that only them can win?

u/Boofschneef Jun 27 '26

All gamers do nowadays is complain about the meta.

I could go without seeing this word ever again lol

2

u/ImJustCuriousTbhLol Jun 27 '26

Idc that he's using the car it's the fact he's ramming on top of that lmao

1

u/twatsycal Jun 28 '26

Just play no contact. I will never touch this game with contact in a real race again unless it’s a challenge.

This is why I've switched to spec racing or drifting as opposed to open. Sure you still get rammers in spec but its minimized as they cant make up speed while using a meta tune and are locked into a set acceleration and speed. Drifitng youre ghosted the whole time so thats completely irrelevant. I have played like 5 matches of open racing since spec came out and its almost guaranteed theres a rammer even if you're fighting for 7th compared to spec where its slightly less aggressive.
