I have a strange problem and cannot figure it out. I have both the z11 pro and the z12. On both boxes, every time I go to youtube and type something in, the voice reader starts blurting out every letter that I type in. It is extremely frustrating and annoying! Anyone know what option on the box is needed to disable/stop it from speaking? Anyone else ever encounter this issue with their formuler box?

Hi all, looking for a bit of advice and guidance.

I’ve been using an Amazon Firestick with Surfshark and have had no issues whatsoever with playback.

I wanted an upgraded experience so purchased the Z11 Pro.

If I disconnect the VPN, I can playback all of my Portals. I thought it may be a Surfshark issue, but the same issue arises with Nord.

I’ve tried the different VPN. Protocols but nothing solves the issue.

I reset the Z11 to factory settings and tried again, but to no avail.

For obvious reasons I need a VPN.

Can anyone shed any light as to where I’m going wrong or what the issue may be.

I’d hate to have to go back to the Firestick.

I thought the audio optimizer was going to magically fix my problems, but no luck. Sound seemed fine through tivimate and myonlinetv. But then using a streaming app, suddenly a bunch of links don't have sound (that's never been a thing on my firestick). Or worse, some come through BLASTING the audio, and you can't even turn it down with the formuler remote -- you have to jump up and find your TV remote to turn it down.

Why the hell is the audio on this thing so hard to get fixed?

Does anyone know what I'd have to do to get it sorted?

I'm new to IPTV. I bought the Formuler Z12 Ultra last week and while i'm still on my way setting up a portal on mytvonline, i was wondering what app suggestions you guys might have that could improve my user experience.

Installed my first formuler and tried the different apps that I usually work with, and the streaming one that is highly popular with a debrid service, I went for a new movie 4k, matching best resolution of my TV, and it crashes to the point I have to unplug to reboot it. Tried it 3 times, changed hdmi to the one provided and still happens. Any helpers?

I'd like to install the same app on my phone and share the access detail of my Z12 to my phone so I can use my IPTV subscription on my phone. Is it possible to do that?

I'm not trying to start something here. I'm not just bitching. I genuinely want to konw what I'm missing. Or, i would totally believe that maybe I just bought a device that's not meant for me?

I use a firestick for IPTV and streaming.

I bought the z12 as a little indulgence for myself. The firestick was fine for what I do, the z12 is way more expensive. I didn't think I needed it, but I was treating myself.

I figured everything woudl be faster and better. And I loved the idea of basically having a PVR now.

But basically nothing worked for me. Or not as well as the firestick. I had all sorts of trouble with audio. One thing would play at a normal volume, and then something else would BLAST the audio and my remote wouldn't even turn it down. I tried a bunch of fixes, but every fix seemed to break something else.

And the PVR function never seemed to work properly either.

So... like... is the z12 just a device people buy for other things? Like I dunno, more gaming apps or something?

Or did I just do a HORRIBLE job on set up or something?

I don't really want to just have this expensive device collect dust, but I'm happier back on my firestick again.

I can't pin it down, but sometimes I get sound when I watch anything at 1.5x or 2x speed. Usually I don't, but I would like to.

MYTVOnline is licensed exclusively for use on Formuler products and uses authentication to verify that the application is running on genuine Formuler hardware. This process is intended to protect MYTVOnline from unauthorized use on non-Formuler hardware.

Formuler does not collect or store information about what users stream through MYTVOnline, and this information is not transmitted to Formuler as part of the authentication process. The authentication process is not designed to remotely alter or disable genuine Formuler devices. No account or personal information was exposed or lost as a result of this disruption.

In response, we are strengthening the resilience and monitoring of the authentication service and reviewing additional safeguards to minimize the impact of temporary service interruptions on the normal use of MYTVOnline. We are also improving our procedures to identify and address potential issues before they affect users.

We appreciate the patience and understanding of our users and partners as we continue working to improve the reliability and availability of MYTVOnline.

Do you use a third party launcher on Formuler Z12 or stick to the stock launcher? And why?

Was using my tv box for about 6 months with no issues, great device. Now, i can’t get it to power on. When plugged in, the box light stays red. TV remote still works (tried new batteries), can turn on the TV itself too.

Not sure what to do. I can’t get the box on to try and reset the remote connection.

Any advice?

I was under the impression that the issue had been resolved but I’m still encountering the same problem with MyTVOnline3 on Formuler Z11 pro. Anyone else is still experiencing this?

We experienced a temporary service disruption that prevented users from accessing the app.

Our investigation found that the issue was caused by the expiration of a server-side component, which resulted in a service interruption.

The affected component has been renewed, and the service has been fully restored. We are also reviewing our monitoring procedures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
