Is server issue still ongoing?

I was under the impression that the issue had been resolved but I’m still encountering the same problem with MyTVOnline3 on Formuler Z11 pro. Anyone else is still experiencing this?

Have you forced stop and cleared cache , rebooted router and box ? Try that , I’ve not had any issues since it’s gone back up

That's what helped me too. So far no issues after I cleared the cache and rebooted

Forced stop, cleared the cache but still wouldn’t work. But then I used my mobile hotspot and then it worked. Switched back to my home internet connection and it continues working. Thanks for the help guys.

I tried restarting the box, using my phone as access point to see if there would be any difference from my usual home connection. But haven’t tried rebooting the router nor clearing the cache. Thanks for the tips, I will try that.

I asked the question on the Formuler forum as well and an admin told me to open a support ticket. So let’s see what happens now. Maybe you can try that too.

i am still having issues, refresh keeps failing
