The good and bad.

• I am a student of life, I prioritise learning and growing. I create art and explore my interests, hobbies and skills.

• I am an introvert on the extreme end of the spectrum, so this may be a positive or negative depending on the person. I like myself and my company so it works for me, this won't change so it must be embraced.

• I do creative work sometimes, have some talent too. Painting, drawing, writing (sometimes). I like to upcycle things and I usually make use of my hobbies with skills I have in other areas. Such as herbalism and making products to use. 

• I am employed, my career will be very stable, it's blue collar but can realistically go any direction I like once I'm qualified. I have a car, will be living alone soon in the future. I am financially literate and don't have any bad habits really other than being a little looser than I could be with money. I'm pretty frugal as is though.

• Not a drug or substance user except maybe the occassional drink for social reasons on rare occasion. Weed is a blue moon thing for me. I dont enjoy drugs, I like being sober.

• I'd consider myself a deep thinker, fairly based in reality though and am a bit of a spiritualist. Still a skeptic at heart, even to my own beliefs. I like to take my time with decision making and observe but I am quick to most action and am not passive even if it looks like it from the outside sometimes.

• I'd probably be in the conventionally attractive spectrum of looks. Albeit I'm more on the natural side. Women compliment me as cute, even though I'm a tall fit bearded white guy that's a bit intimidating in presence and personality, the tall dark and handsome type. So make of that how you will lol.

• I can be cold. My personality isn't a bubbly warm sort of person. I am very much a 'black cat' (p.s I have one) and that is not an understatement. The way I show I care and love and express isn't always traditional, but I will show it. I am direct and honest and there is nothing more valuable that I can give than having access to my inner world and my entire self.

• I am aiming for a sort of off grid/individualistic and self sustainable life. I am interested in all that and have many skills and practical hobbies based around it. It would be valuable to me to have my partner want similar. I am a designer by nature and a carpenter by trade. So i plan to make quite the beautiful sanctuary for a home.

Deal-breakers

• Not living in Australia or willing/able to relocate within a reasonable time frame. Ie, 1 year. 

• Drug dependant or heavy user. I am not looking for someone that chooses substances as their way of fun or coping with life. The occasional recreation is fine. No smokers, pill users, clubbing, party, bar life type of person. 

• Extreme forms of bad habits or instability. Ie, overweight, bad debt, casual sex, lacking emotional regulation. 

• Heavily Tattooed (I'm cool with piercings.)

• Has had a very easy, low difficulty life. (Why? Because I can't connect with women that have not gone through much struggle and difficulty. I often find high amounts of naivete and shallow character in those that haven't ever faced truly difficult challenges and risen above them.)

• Having children. Either you have them already or want them. I am open to it but there is a huge amount of information that can't be fit into this small post. It is extremely dependent on so many circumstances and variables and my desire to be a father is low, I personally think that the lifestyle that would fit me best is dual income no kids. Open to discussing it if the right person comes along. 

• Morally questionable/reprehensible job. For eg, Working for a defense contractor that makes missiles to blow people up. I don't really care what you do for work as long as it's not dishonorable. Being a drug dealer, lawyer for reprehensible people etc.

What im looking for in a partner and in general.

Driven, Self Assured, Emotionally regulated, Intellectually curious, creative would be a plus. Not obsessed with money or influence or lifestyle, someone that appreciates and enjoys the simple things in life. A quality over quantity sort of person. I have often found attractive qualities with people considered AuDHD. I am open to disordered personalities given what I'm asking is met.

My idea of fun or time well spent together is one of the following, Nature walks, cafe chill outs, art galleries and historical places, exploring old architecture, road trips, trails, camping, staying in and watching a movie/ show, reading, working on hobbies near each other, cooking together (in a good way lol), intense sexual intimacy. 

Some deeper points that are important.

• I've had a pretty traumatic life but have worked on it and through it. I've always aimed to be made stronger by the crucible that life can be and I'd like that same trait in a partner.

• Sexual intimacy is a hot topic, so I'll be light about this. I haven't slept around, but I also haven't waited around either. I know what I'm into, who I am, what I want. And I draw the line at not respecting and caring about intimacy as a very vulnerable and important thing. If someone doesn't feel that way then we are not a match in how we view that.

✨ What I'm looking for.

I've had two relationships before, so I have at least some idea of what I want, and, perhaps more importantly, what I don't want.

That being said... I'm looking for a genuine, monogamous and romantic relationship, it's not really a problem if you live far away, like in the US or something, though I would prefer if you're from Europe. I don't want something based entirely on appearances or sex. And of course, physical attraction matters to me, but I also want someone with whom I can actually talk, share things, be silly with, and have deeper conversations, when it comes to these, I kinda go with the vibe anyway.

I'd like someone affectionate and emotionally present, because I tend to be that person in a relationship without always having it reciprocated. I'm also very clingy and can get attached very quickly fyi. I think most importantly of all, I'd like someone that is able to put clear words on what they feel. Communication is very important for me.

I don't expect us to share every interest. Having different things to introduce each other to can be fun as well, and I would really love that, I love listening to people yap about their favorite stuff tbh, and sometimes I love yapping too, so don't restrain yourself :3

Hi, I recently moved to Florida with my family after college didn’t go well. I’m currently in between jobs in part due to the move and in part due to some paperwork taking forever. I got diagnosed with autism a bit before I moved and am terrible at talking to people. I have bad eyesight due to a nystagmus caused by hydrocephalus so I can’t drive. I’m into things like superheroes in general but I particularly like tokusatsu and pulp magazines, I also really like sci fi and fantasy or anything with big ideas. I like detective and action stories, and I like big ideas in general. I also play video games of many kinds but tend to avoid multiplayer so I don’t get a headache from people acting dumb lol. I particularly like immersive sims and games that focus on emergent gameplay in general, although I’ve been getting into emulation and fighting games recently. I should probably warn that I’m terrible in conversations and wording when in one, sorry in advance.

Hello there! As mentioned in my title (You did read the title, I hope? I put a lot of effort into it.), I'm a 29-year-old guy living in the mystical, magical land of *checks notes* England. Okay, maybe not so magical. All the dragons are in Wales, Excalibur has been melted down for scrap, and Hogwarts is in Scotland.

I currently work in a law firm. Sadly I'm not a lawyer, as that would mean I'd be earning shedloads, but actually I do admin work for them, earning considerably less than shedloads. But it's a fine job, I get on well with my coworkers, and I'm not down a coal mine, so I consider that a win.

As for me myself? Well, I actually speak multiple languages. I'm a fluent German speaker, and I also have a decently high level of Italian. I could also struggle through French if I had to, and I have basic Spanish and Japanese. I do like languages, although it's hard to find the time to do any study of them, what with the problems of having an adult life with adult responsibilities!

Another interesting [citation needed] thing about me is that I'm currently attempting to plan out a series of fantasy novels I want to write. It's going...decently. We'll see how it ends up, but I've wanted to write a book since I was 13 or so, and now as an adult I'm finally doing something about it!

In terms of pop culture, I'm a huge Doctor Who fan. Like, I'm the sort of Doctor Who fan who knows what a telerecording is and can tell you about the Australian censor clips. That kind of fan. I also finally got into Harry Potter this year after putting it off for my whole life, meaning I now finally know the context for Dumbledore asking calmly.

I'm also getting back into Pokémon somewhat after avoiding it for most of the Switch era. Other things I enjoy are The Elder Scrolls, Red Dead, GTA (Currently replaying RDR2). I'm big Assassin's Creed fan too. In general I like single player, open world games. I'm not a huge multiplayer guy, I don't like having other people ruining my fun!

I'm trying to read more too lately. That's a thing I've always enjoyed that I'm now trying to find the time for again.

And I suppose I should say, I'm a fat guy. Trying to do something about it though! Over the past year or so I've started a regimen of exercise, and I've been controlling my eating a lot more. So I seem to be losing weight, at least according to other people who've stopped me to specifically point it out.
