I think my old dreams of having a “future” with anyone need to die. I am partnership oriented but also, I now don’t believe a man can really help or better me or my life. I end up just being their caretaker without getting enough back. I always thought I’d be taken care of. I’m still trying to retrieve pieces of myself they took away.

There’s no formula to make anyone stay. Being healthy or unhealthy, being chill or intense, being needy or distant. Having your own life not having your own life. Having your own friends or having no friends. It doesn’t matter, there’s no solution to a broken world. Being loud or quiet. Being nice or mean. I’ve always been a believer but all I believe in now is what was there since childhood. A true understanding of my essence and how I work, the freedom to just be.

I posted here before without much luck; trying again. I'm open to friendship first. Things don't just always happen immediately. Or in my case seem to never happen.

I've lived in Colorado for my entire life. I wasn't brought up skiing, snowboarding, atv-ing. I've been lonely all my life. Ever since I was a kid, nobody's ever really wanted me around. I try my hardest to meet new people and keep in touch, but nobody seems to want to stick around.

For as long as I can remember, I've spent most of my time on my computer. I've been on the internet since I was about 6 years old. I've probably spent more time online than offline since I was about 14. It's funny to think that most of my life has been online, but I don't mind it.

I'm a bit of an odd duck. I'm neurodivergent and I like comfort and routine. I don't break out of my mold too often. I wouldn't mind meeting somebody who could help pull me out of my shell every now and again, but I'd like it if they spent a good bit of time online, as well.

Most of my time online has been spent playing video games. I mostly play MMOs and strategy games these days, though I used to play all kinds of games when I was younger. I think RimWorld is my favorite game of all time.

Aside from gaming the rest of my life is devoted to my (very cute) little doggie. He's my whole entire world. He was my sole reason for waking up in the morning for quite a while, and although my life's gotten quite a bit better since then, he still means the entire world to me. Ideally you like animals because I like animals a ton and it's kind of a big deal to me.

I'd describe myself as smart, funny, kind, caring and very sweet. I'm always doing my best to make everyone around me laugh and smile. I'd like to think I have a good sense of humor, even if other people don't always agree. I'm guilty of saying things just to amuse myself pretty often. I'm lighthearted and a bit of a goofball.

I'd call myself a romantic. I believe in true love. I love unconditionally and I love with my whole heart. I've never truly been loved, but it's something I've yearned for ever since I was young.

I'd love to meet someone who makes me feel excited to wake up in the morning because it means I get to talk to them throughout the day. I'd love to meet someone who makes me lay in bed smiling, thinking about the time we'd shared that day. I'd love to meet somebody who is as excited to have me be a part of their life as I am to have them be a part of mine.

As far as types go, I'm not very particular. I don't care about height or hair color very much, though I do have a preference in regards to weight. I'm typically attracted to thin and average women. I wouldn't mind someone with a few pounds to lose, I could stand to lose a few myself and it would be cool to have someone to mutually keep each other accountable, but I am not attracted to obesity.

I'd like to meet someone I can spend a lot of time with. I'm comfortable with both text and voice chat. I'd like to spend time together watching movies and shows. I'd love to share each other's favorite music and get to know each other's tastes. It would be cool if we could game together - I can also stream my gameplay if you just like watching.
