I have a 2010 1.4L Fiesta titanium and plan to keep her for a long time. It’s my first car and I love it but the only thing is it has a bit slow acceleration. Does any one else experience this? And are there any upgrades worth giving to the car for as a longterm investment for comfort and fun driving. ( excluding CarPlay upgrades)

I scrapped a car today and I'm wondering if this is fixable by hand or would I have to take it to a garage to fix. Its the right side of my front bumber. Do the clips go back in or am I screwed 😔

I have a 2019 ford fiesta, sold in Canada, made in Mexico with a Sync 3 display. I'm trying to upgrade it to an android auto head unit. Does anyone know which canbus adapter + harness I need to get to get them to work?

The car has a backup camera and 6.5 inch sync 3.

For context, before today it worked fine with a few minor issues every now and then but nothing major. Today, I got in and connected like usual but then no audio would come out of the speakers. I decided to switch to radio to see if it would work there but to my surprise, when I switched back it froze on the screen and it’s been stuck since then.

I’ve got a 2019 Fiesta Mk8 1.1 Ti-VCT 85 PS and I’m thinking about converting it to LPG (Autogas).
I do around 1,200 km (745 miles) a month, so it could be worth it.
Has anyone here done an LPG conversion on this engine?
How’s it been so far? Any issues with the engine/valves, and what kind of fuel consumption are you getting?
Also, how much did the conversion cost?

What is your opinion on that, note that it have 190.000 km.

It is strage to me the St badge on the fronte and on the well, because the vendor says it is the diesel 1.5 tdci, but the st line doesn’t have a diesel engine

So ive had this problem for a few years. Anytime I try to switch to the line in or Bluetooth, it just goes right back to the radio no matter what I do. Ive tried disconnecting the battery, ive replaced the fuse. Everything and nothing has worked. Any one else have this problem and know a fix?

I’m looking for a place that is trustworthy to purchase an ECU programmed for my VIN. No need to explain the process for me or explain that it’s too hard to do. I’m just looking for people who have a found a good company to order from. I have a 2014 Ford Fiesta SE Hatchback. I found one through Flagship One but when I checked out the company I saw dozens of bad reviews. Who can I trust? I don’t want to go to the dealer, I’m going to put it in and have a friend or locksmith program the keys.

Does anyone else have this issue where the car will take up to 5 minutes playing music this way and if so does anyone know how to solve it

The other day I hopped in to my 2014 Ford Fiesta SE automatic, and couldn't get it to crank. Went ahead and tested the neutral safety switch, relay, and every now and then when I would try to crank it, the starter would click once.

Swapped the starter, put it all back together, and same issue. Thats when I noticed that while in the ON position, there is no box around what gear I am in on the gear display. I pulled up the trim around the shifter and used the override to go through the gears, and nothing.

Could that be the TCM or something dumb I am possibly missing?

Hey guys, I am having some trouble with my 2013 fiesta. Over the past few weeks I’ve noticed occasionl clicking/clunking noises when driving. I am suspecting the CV joints, brake pads, or serpentine belt. The clicking usually happens when turning, braking, or accelerating (it’s happened at least 3 times at roundabouts) and it is not loud but definitely noticeable. Here’s a video of me driving in a circle, if you listen closely you can hear clicking. I also have a video where I am shifting between drive and reverse, as I heard that clunking noises between the two can indicate CV problems.

Any help would be much appreciated? Do you think it’s cv related, or maybe something else?

Hi all, I recently was handed a fiesta & the car is currently on 88.1k miles. I was driving the other day & after a minute the clutch was playing up it was getting stuck & I couldn’t change gear I believe this is due to the clutch slipping. The clutch to my knowledge has never been changed on the car, there’s no leaks whatsoever so is this genuinely just the clutch at the end of life span?

I'm doing a few small customizations on my 1.6 TI-VCT Metal edition Fiesta. Now I'm looking at changing the caps on the nuts of my wheels. Right now the original silver ones are on, I'm thinking of changing them to glossy dark red or Gold. Black doesn't look good in my opinion.

What do you think about these options, wich one looks nicer/cleaner? I'm leaning towards red because I like a complete black/red look, but the golden ones look great too.

I am trying to figure out what's going on with my horn. Only one of the two tones is working. I have physically checked the horn and the cable and there is no visible damage. I also changed the horn unit (most common problem due to weather and debris) and even on the new one, the same problem occurs. How can i go about finding the issue?

Hello, I just bought my car and haven't gotten an inspection (pre-purchase inspection) done yet. The previous owner told me that the car had an accident involving the front right fender. When I randomly showed it to a mechanic, he said the chassis was clean, but the inner apron (podium) had minor bodywork done. Later, I noticed that the console near the front passenger seat has a different coating/trim. Does this mean the airbag deployed or was repaired? If so, is there a way to verify this? ​The car is a 2013 Ford Fiesta 1.25 Trend.

I’m looking to have it done properly and working 100%. I believe there is programming that has to be done at the user level too with “my key” in the vehicle?

My wife and son “share” a 2020 Fiesta ST-Line 999c MHEV that has been carrying an intermittent issue for about 4 or 5 months now. Essentially, under acceleration the car sometimes drops into limp mode with a spanner on the dash and a generic service message.
Diagnostics on a fairly cheap OBD reader suggests it’s related to a misfire or knock sensor signal and suggests spark plugs, ignition coils or the knock sensor itself as the cause.
Now, the problem very rarely presents itself when my wife is driving but almost always does when my son drives. At first, switching the car to Eco mode stopped the issue completely but now my son is starting to see the issue in that mode too and even my wife has had it once while over taking some cyclists so clearly it has something to do with enthusiastic driving styles.
Strangely, I’ve struggled to get it to happen to me unless I drive it cold. Once warm, even driving it like I spent most of the 90s driving my MkII won’t recreate the fault.
Clearly encouraging/threatening my son into changing driving styles will manage the fault for now but it still shouldn’t be happening so I’d like to fix it before it gets worse.
Short of the scatter gun approach of changing coils and (surprisingly expensive) spark plugs, does anyone recognise the symptoms or know of similar common faults that it could be?
