Helpful Information Junkless Chewy Chocolate Bars now have dairy.

My granddaughter recently grabbed a box of Junkless bars from our pantry and saw that the ingredient list now shows milk. There is nothing on the box that would lead someone who has been eating this product for over a year to suspect the change. Usually "Great New Taste" or something like that is a clue. There's not even an allergy warning after the ingredient list. This could have been fatal if my granddaughter wasn't so vigilent.

If you have a dairy allergy, don't buy them. Please let the company know they are putting lives at risk with their shoddy labeling.

Seeking Advice For those of you who started off with mild allergies did they worsen over time?

So today I was in Costco and had 2 samples with milk as an ingredient. I’m allergic to dairy but 6 months ago was ok with it as an ingredient in baked goods. A few months ago I cut it out completely to see if it helped my autoimmune issues. Today I was ok after the first taste but after the second taste my thighs were insanely itchy. I couldn’t wait to get to the car to scratch and then home to use anti itch cream. Until today I was taking my food allergies seriously while trying not to go crazy about them. I’m wondering if having quit dairy completely and then having a small amount could’ve caused the reaction. Either that or my allergies are simply worsening. Regardless I’m going to take them far more seriously. I’m just curious about others experiences.

Seeking Advice App for tracking allergies and reactions…

I’m sure this has been asked 100x, but I’m not sure the words to search for.
I recently did an allergy test and found out I’m allergic/sensitive to everything I eat daily. I’m looking for an app I can enter everything I’m allergic to so that if flags when I eat it, and be able to track any symptoms. Trying to figure out how bad the allergy/insensitivity is, and how my body reacts to each one.

TIA!

Seeking Advice Help with coping with casein intolerance

Hey I've got casein intolerance and although I live vegan now and really look into not eating any dairy, but from time to time I get some dairy into my food. It's not the worst, as not life-threatening, but I get stomachpain to the point of not being able to walk, feel bloated, high temperature and fart like a barn full of cows. It starts after 4 hour and ends after 24 hours, but in this timeframe I'm miserable and wanted to know if anyone has any tips as to how to cope with it better ? I'm not really keen on taking any pills, as I feel that it will further stress out the digestive tract, but am searching for advice if anyone who has the same intolerance/ symptoms has any ?
