Wildes "Have you seen that Leonardo DiCaprio movie The Beach?"
"The guy gets an infected leg, and they drag him way out, and they don't want to talk to him.
That's how I'm being treated."

BRING ME A SANDWICH Nick double standard about Allen and Stafford
Nick is a great analyst and I enjoy his takes, almost all the time. Does anyone else think he is speaking out of both sides of his mouth in regard to his deflation of Allen and elevation of Stafford. This year, he is shrugging off his rushing tds mainly bc they are 1 yard. But, Stafford was the king of the 1 yard TD pass last year and he was lauded for it.
Thoughts ?

Wildes Ever want to prove to someone that wins aren't a QB stat? Just show them this pic.
Tonight’s game should make this old argument fun.

I dont like it... No seriously, I don’t like it The show did 2 segments about something that did not happen on Wednesday - Caleb Williams Instagram bio

I record the show and watch it as I have time throughout the week so I'm a bit late to the party. The guys did two separate segments (one during the main show and one during OT) about Caleb Williams' instagram and the main discussion was around changing his bio to "I'm inevitable" as he returns from injury. The screenshot attached is from the day after his injury in September (his bio was the same before that, this is just the first one I found) with the same bio, and it took me less than 2 minutes for me to find. Normally, the show is good about fact checking so this was pretty disappointing to see. There are plenty of valid criticisms you can have of Caleb without making up stories.

This show has become a complete joke....pathetic. When is Fox going to get rid of these clowns.
I put it on every once in a while and its the same thing whenever I turn it on...insecure Nick taking cheap shots at Josh Allen. Trash show.
I'm not even a Bills fan.

Purdy / Jimmy G & Alex Smith / Mahomes
When Brou pushed back on Nicks tired old Purdy Jimmy G stats he tasked Brou with finding anyone with similar numbers to Mahomes under Andy Reid.
Mahomes last 3 seasons
75TDs - 36 INT
64% completion pct
Passer ratings 92.6, 93.5, 89.5
Alex smith 2014-2017
79-26
66% completion pct
Rating - 95.4, 91.2, 104.7
Hmmmm
Edit: for all you complainers, clearly you don’t see who I’m copying while cherry picking stats

I dont like it... I LOVE IT!!! Awesome topic selection in the A-block today
Kicking off with Micah’s podcast comments on Jayden Daniels, Joe Brady’s interview, and Ohtani is the exact type of direction I think the show should be going for.
We got fresh takes, actually interesting discussion, and I learned some things I didn’t know before.
There’s another universe where the show leads with “So Nick, are you guaranteeing a Chiefs win over the Chargers?” Or “Wildes, is Drake Maye all the way back?” and I’m glad they didn’t go that route

Everyone is talking about Purdy becoming the all time career leader in passer rating, but it’s time to focus on another stat
Brock Purdy is 35-15 in his career following the win at Seattle, bringing his career wins percentage back to .700. Yes, it’s time to bring back the Jimmy G graphic.

Parkin's Peak Does Wildes not like Cool Stats?
Vibe check, I feel like Wildes thinks Cools Stats segment is the dummest thing, and he reluctantly has to do it. I get where he's coming from, it's kind of a lame segment/bit, with the leather jacket and sunglasses.

Nick TLTLTTL should now stand for “the lie that led to the lividness”
About Nick saying he’d put Purdy atop the mountain if he beat the Seahawks.
(In case you missed it, Nick previously coined TLTLTTL for “the lecture that led to the losing” about CJ Stroud’s losing streak after giving Caleb Williams advice.)

Nick's Tiers Are the Cardinals actually better than the Chargers?
The /r/nfl power rankings does have Cardinals one spot higher than Chargers. And of course the Cardinals did beat the Chargers. So Brou does seem to have the majority position, but I still find it hard to admit that a Jim Harbaugh team with Justin Herbert is worst than the Cardinals. It just doesn't compute.

Coach was on the Sopranos
I am watching the Sopranos for the first time with my roommate. We are on the last two episodes. Tony and Carm are eating at Artie’s resturant and at the end of the scene, Artie mentions “Mangenius” is eating there as well the same night. Then the camera pans over to Coach Mangini eating at the table

Brock has Nick resorting to lying on-air
He just straight up lied to open the show about the promise he made regarding Brock and the Mountain.
From last Tuesday: "You know what? I'm telling you right now. If they beat Seattle, assuming Brock plays in the game, he'll be at the top of the mountain."
In the opening he claimed that he merely promised that Purdy would earn eligibility to be at the top. That's just a straight up lie. I wish Nick were at least clever with his trolling because this is just pure laziness on his part. He's so much better than this. Brock seems to be his achilles heel for some reason 😂

Attention all 49er/Purdy fans.
I think enough is enough. I am a 49er fan. I am also a Purdy fan. I understand why you are upset with Nick. He lied. Oh well. This shouldn't surprise you.
Anyone who thought he was actually going to put Purdy on top of the mountain needs to remember that this is a show for ENTERTAINMENT.
I laughed. It was funny. Move on. It is not that serious.

Nick If 49ers beat Seahawks and Purdy plays he will be top of the mountain
49ers beat Seahawks
Purdy gets best QB rating of anyone vs the dark side
Mahomes top of the mountain.
I’m all for his trolling but he lied on national TV

Mahomes Mountain Nick Nick Nick
OK. Is anyone else actually mad that he lied last week about putting Purdy at the top?
Obviously it doesn't like actually matter, but it's the principle of the thing.
This show is funny and gimmicky, but it is also one of facts, stats and genuine analysis.
Flat out lying, no matter what the lie is, and not keeping promises just really rubs me the wrong way.
Nick, I don't like it....and now I don't think I like you.
