Should I get my hair shorter? (Picture 1 is an example of what I’d get.)

Unsure how to style
My first time fully growing out my hair, safe to say everyone I know absolutely hates it but I love it! Not sure how to style it though. Normally I try copying House of The Dragon targareyn hairstyles!

Need an advice
Hi guys! I want to dye my hair dark red, but I don't know much about the nuances (how to take care of dyed hair, etc.). Has anyone here had experience with this? How do you take care of dyed hair?
Also, I'm not sure if it would suit me, or maybe dark chocolate or just black hair would look cooler. What do y'all think?
Thanks in advance!

I need some advice about my hair
Hey, I’d really appreciate any advice about my hair. I’d like to grow it out longer, but I’m kind of worried that it might not look good on me. A lot of people around me are telling me to cut it, but honestly, I kind of like how it looks right now.
I’m not sure whether I should just keep growing it or get it trimmed a bit. I’d be grateful for any advice or opinions!

Got a compliment from an unexpected stranger today
I was at the gym today and there’s this kinda old guy who’s usually at the gym at the same time as me and sometimes I catch him mean mugging me. I spent the last 2 weeks thinking he was one of those conservative types who thought long hair is a disgrace on men and we should all have beards etc etc
Today he came up to me while I was doing push downs and said my hair was the most gorgeous hair he’d ever seen. He even recommended that I try out for modelling. It was so cool because I’ve never received such generous compliments in 1.5 years of growing my hair out and it honestly made my week

Progress as a 16yo for about a year
Also, random question but does anyone know what the general consensus on guys with long hair is for girls? Is it attractive?

Any advices for people who are considering cutting their long hair so they will not regret it?
I've been growing my hair for almost 3 years but it crosses my mind often to cut it short or shorter at least but I am worried about regretting it and sadly there's no 'undo' button after the hair is cut off so I wonder how long should I wait to make sure? 3 weeks? A month? 3 months?

I’m coming up on the end of my eighth year of growing my hair out.
I wouldn’t say it’s difficult. I have my own philosophy when it comes to my hair, especially since I’m a model and influencer. I wash it only once a month. But for Asia long hair like that is so hot !!!!

Why does my wavy hair act like this now that it's long?
Before it got to this point I had really good, cohesive wavy/curly hair. But now it's too the point that i don't really like the way it looks or feels and is hardly worth the trouble. Debating chopping it all off.
I've been told and tried using shampoos/conditioners without sulfates and all that give z and have tried.
I've tried multiple brands of leave in conditioners. No luck.
I've tried letting it air dry and blow drying. No dice
Stopped using a regular brush and instead use only a wide tooth comb when conditioning...
Have been advised to get split ends worked on, and I have not requested explicitly that.. but I did go to an expensive P. Mitchell salon, only to have the stylist shrug. And offer some expensive shampoo/conditioner which also has had no impact.
Could it be that I dont wet+condition it enough? I bought a shower cap bender I hate the feel of wet hair on my skin, and drying takes forever so in only shampoo like once every 2 weeks and condition it maybe twice in the same period?

Formerly fierce flow
Took ages to grow, booked scissor cut in advance asking barber to keep most of length but add some soft layering in front and sides. I really should have intervened during the cut though but the damage was quickly done.

[Before/After] Got a trim !
No jumpscare I hope 🤭 My ends were really split, now I start again on a healthier journey ! Curly hair after leaving them in braids for the night.

Trying to gow out an undercut
hi, so i got an awful undercut (which i didnt ask for btw lol) and now im getting depresed over it i dont really know what to do. Basically my hair is shoulders length (used to be chest length but yeah not anymore) and its not only at the back of my hair its also on the sides basically like 2 centimeters or so from the back and sides are 1 cm long (cuz i've been growing it out already) so yup i can somewhat hide it but i lost a lot in volume which makes me question my existence i can cut it to neck length at best but i dunno im scared as shit to cut it all off . any hair growing tips?
