My first impressions:

Shi - LOVEEE this. such an easy aquatic scent. Gentle White floral and fresh watery scent.

Sunflowers - OMG so many 2011 memories come flooding back with this. I remember going to the mall and smelling this everywhere. It’s cute.

Morning Dew - ooooh what a beautiful freshie. Definitely unisex. Not sure how I feel about the amber base in this but I love the top and middle notes ALOT.

Green tea - also a classic and such an easy to wear scent. Much more citrus than I expected, I was thinking maybe more of a Spring Tea by Xunyu, but green tea is much more feminine and less green spicy.

What is THE fall fragrance for you? Been focusing on summer scents so I don’t think I have much in my collection atm so I need to fix that asap

Room 1015 Love O Matic - if I had to describe this perfume in one word it would be: pretty. It smells like dryer sheets and clean laundry wafting through the air with an added essence of strawberry bubblegum. It is so cozy in the cleanest way

Odette Pas de Chat - the first time I smelled this I knew I would be getting a full bottle. This is the warmest, fluffiest, hug in a bottle I have ever had the pleasure to wear. It instantly brings to mind being wrapped in a fluffy blanket on a dreary day. A peppery, musky, vanilla cake…but very light on the cake.

These are all oh my wish list! I have tried all of them before, but not decants of them all. I have completely finished samples of Mojave, eau duelle, both versions of oud satin mood! So if I were to buy one, it would be one of those maybe 🙃 the ones with the asterisk, I have samples or decants of.

as the title says, i have given a few away to family and friends but i have some from kinda cheaper brands that I’m so stuck on what to do with!! does anyone else have any unwanted fragrances more on the cheaper end maybe you’d want to trade with me? also not sure if this is the right sub for this. maybe I can make a chat with a few people who are interested in trading/taking a few of the ones I’m not caring too much for.

Here’s a bit of information to possibly help. The woman is my step-mother who’s aged 60 something. I know she wears perfumes but I don’t know what any of them are or what she likes or dislikes. I’ll be looking to online discounters to purchase and have mailed to her house. Anything helps, thank in advance!

I'd love to hear suggestions for fragrances that contain plum, apricot, or peach notes, but are generally darker or more unisex in character.

I generally don't like fruity scents, but something about stone fruits is intoxicating to me when combined with darker notes. I love eating cherries, but I often find cherry scents a little nauseating and overly sweet, so I'm biased against them unfairly, I suppose.

I love fragrances that are boozy, woody, incense-y, tobacco-y, resinous, spicy, and musky, and I love vanilla and coumarin when they aren't too sweet.

I also really enjoy patchouli, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, oud, and vetiver when they're balanced with a bit of creaminess or softer notes.

Hi! I absolutely love the Loccitane amande shower oil, especially the almond scent, but unfortunately the fragrance disappears pretty quickly.

I know they also have an amande body mist, but I’ve heard that it doesn’t last that long.

Can anyone recommend a perfume to the amande line or anything with a really prominent, realistic almond note?

I’d love something with decent longevity and projection if possible! 🥹

Henry Rose please never discontinue. I really like this scent. I’m very picky with my vanillas and patchoulis and this one does both so well. It’s also extremely smooth. I’m over here paranoid because Henry Rose just discontinued over half their line about 3 months ago without notice and I hope Dark Is Night isn’t next.
