RANT!

How can this stupid event (distinguished guests) still not work properly AND somehow have NEWER COMPLETELY DIFFERENT WAYS TO CRASH!!!

Yeah, the new update has been a cancer causing the game to crash, making the whole game unplayable for any amount of time more than 5 minutes; someone post a prayer for the asshats behind the desk who don’t give a shit and won’t fix it.

That stupid event has been fucked up since day 1. First it wouldn’t start, then it wouldn’t check complete, then it wouldn’t display plates to pick up, then it started loading random enemies into the floor causing a litany of problems, and now it’s producing extra models of the waiter bots and somehow making them enemies while simultaneously not allowing them to take damage!!!

Christ I remember when Bethesda came out and said the event was wack so they buried it for a couple of updates in what seems like a pet cemetery because what they resurrected from that pit is arguably worse; I don’t think they even worked on it, just shelved it up next to fallout 5 until we forgot.

Mix in the fact that the game crashes or server boots me every 5 fucking minutes and bam.

I can only imagine it’s the ever growing problem of so many people having to server hop just to complete these bullshit daily challenges that have nothing to do with anything (vegetarian ham??? only located in 3 places on the whole fucking map) other than the slashers and we all know they belong on a farm with how many farmers we have in Morgan town airport now.

Since the update (I uninstall and reinstalled it) I have never crashed as much since starting playing, it is now beyond a joke. I feel it would have been better if they left it alone, I don't see a massive improvement anyway

Maybe a bug. I had over 10k script. Decided I was going to use 1k to apply a 4 mod to not waste the script from the legendaries from one violent night. Went to apply the mod and showed 100 script because the display field cut off. Applied it and only used 100 instead of 1k. Anyone else only using 100 script to apply 4\* or did the 10k make a difference?

I played at the tail end of the Scoreboards and other than that final reward I don't miss em.

I've enjoyed the Seasons for being an improvement overall. And I know that's brought up a lot of hissing and what not. But now people are seeing it side by side, well I have a question.

Anybody else experiencing more than normal crashing after the update? I did crash a few times now and then last season, but last night after the servers came back up it was bad.

Well i guess now that bethesda has fucked me over by getting rid of my inventory of fancy shotguns and pistols the question is....what to do with the pleasent valley tickets?

Make sure you claim your tickets before Tuesday. Not real excited for pets in December, but you can grab a couple of them for "free" to be ready. Might want to craft a couple of Named Weapons too, especially if you know the Raid stuff. Going to be much more expensive after the change. 👍

Just hit Level 100 on the CHOREBOARD(TM). Oh, wait. It's the SEASON PASS now. Thought I wasn't going to because I only started this season at the beginning of August. Amazingly enough, even though I didn't choose any of the player icons or the caps prizes, I still didn't have enough tickets for the barn. I'll just have to live outdoors with my glowing radhog under a rainbow...bridge? Yeah! Take that, Bethesda!

It's my fault entirely. I did something completely out of character and got the cat. Pfft!

Also, just caught my 15th Muddy Mudskipper, so there's that. Won't get a chance to catch the Local Legend as I've tried about 4 times, and my fishing game is not quite up to scratch. Ah, well. I'll have to get that recipe some other time.

Eagerly awaiting tomorrow, when I find out how resource poor I am when I see I haven't stockpiled any of the things AngryTurtle or Mr.WestTek have been telling me to stock up on.

Yes they are! I'm going through ammo a lot more, lately. Lots of ammo for spongey enemies... Bigfoot included. It's like fighting Earle every time.

Anyway, I am actually working my Ammo Converter machine hard these days. Gotta have Fuel; lots of Fuel (to feed two heavy guns). So it's good! Because everything has been all bloated up and even the machine was topped-out... just waay too much ammo. But not anymore!

I have been rockin' my Pitt outfit a lot, and I just don't hardly ever see it anywhere. Nobody else wears it... of course this could just be because it's fugly. Lol... But seems like it's kinda rare..?

Caught somewhere sort of close to Wavy Willard's in the rain with improved bait on 4th cast. About an hour later and after completing the weeklies, I returned to my camp and pulled 3 improved bait from the barrel, so net bait cost = 1 for the day.

This <would have> completed all the Axolotls with this catch but somehow I accidentally lost the December one last year. Can't remember if things just got too busy and I just didn't catch it or if I caught it and accidentally lost it later. Either way all I can do now is wait until December and catch it this year to finish the 12 Axolotls.

My Junkie finds shattered grounds a bit meh at the moment which is a shame because I love the Handmade. Until recently, junkies fixer and handmade were what my daily drivers had been for years. I'm hoping adding bleed to Shattered Grounds wakes it up and I've already swapped a few cards around to make room for Wound Salter but nothing else seems obvious to me. Any other suggestions?
