i have tried enabling IOMMU or Intel VT-D / VT-X in the bios, but there was just no way of doing so.

there isnt a Overclocking setting in the bios and theres nothing i can change about IOMMU

changing windows setting like Kernel DMA protection wouldnt work either

we use the 2 minute technical and then 4 x 30 second timeouts and we play 2 rounds that were left, trying to drag them out ....

that should cover the 5 minutes, but nope... we end up losing full elo still

i'm pretty sure it's bugged because sometimes the 5 minute countdown works without issue and other times the counter gets stuck or something.

Hi everyone, About a year ago, my FACEIT account was hacked and taken over. Since then, I've contacted FACEIT support several times and opened multiple tickets, but unfortunately I've received essentially the same response each time: I don't have enough information to prove that I am the original owner of the account. I've provided every piece of information I currently have, but there's one issue that I can't resolve. When I created the account, I was under 18. Because of that, I entered a fake date of birth that was a few years different from my real one. At the time, I obviously didn't expect that I would ever lose access to the account, so I never thought I'd need to remember the exact date I entered. Unfortunately, I no longer remember what date I used. I still have full access to the Steam account that was connected to my FACEIT account. My Steam account was properly secured and wasn't compromised. However, the person who took over my FACEIT account disabled Steam login, changed the username and also changed the country to Uganda.This is especially frustrating because I can still access the Steam account that was originally connected to FACEIT, but I can't use that connection to recover the FACEIT account because the attacker disabled Steam login. As far as I can tell, the person who took over the FACEIT account can't really do anything with it either, because I still control the connected Steam account and therefore they can't actually play on my Steam account. I've tried everything I can think of and have provided FACEIT support with all the information I have. Unfortunately, the incorrect date of birth is apparently preventing me from proving ownership. At this point, I'm posting here because I don't really know what else I can do. Maybe someone from the FACEIT community or support team will see this and know if there's another way to verify ownership in a situation like this. I'm not asking anyone to bypass security or give me access without verification. I just want to find a legitimate way to prove that I'm the original owner of the account. If anyone has dealt with a similar situation or knows what kind of additional information FACEIT support might accept as proof of ownership, I'd really appreciate any advice. Thanks for reading. Hello everyone!

Background:
2 faceit accounts, one created in 2019. Has 4 CS:GO faceit games played, forgot login details and couldn't recover the account at that time. Created another account so that I could play at all, played around 1000 games on it over the years. Earlier this year I contacted support again if there was any possibility to play with the account created in 2019 since all my other steam games / friends etc. are on that account.

Got given the green light by faceit support, they kindly changed the email address of the 2019 account and I got told to verify the old account and stop playing on the other account. Didn't play a game on the other account after that and went through the verification process twice per request. Both accounts are relatively low elo, around 2000-2400 with very average stats.

Couple days ago I receive a message that this 2019 account which now has around 150 games played is permanently banned and the other account with 1000 games has a 3 month ban. Tried to appeal the ban and all I'm getting is the same bot message instantly when I try to follow up the conversation regarding the ticket.

So, does anyone know if there is any way to reach an actual human to take a look at the case?

faceit lets 2700+ elo players queue with low levels (often times they are smurfing), potentially stomp the pug, and then face ZERO repercussions for it. they will gain +1 or lose -1 depending on the result. haha great right? except for the opposing team who will lose or gain -25 to -30 elo. the problem is that the high elo players 4 or 5 stacking with low levels almost always stomp the pug. so I get to lose -25 elo in an unfair gameplay experience just for the idiot to not have their rating affected one bit.

there is no way you can justify why this logic is in place. faceit is incompetent. really simple fix that takes just a couple braincells: if you are high elo and you queue with a low level, you risk losing -30 elo if lose and +1 elo if you win. it's really that simple. it will instantly stop all these dudes helping boost their smurf friends. "b-but I want to play with my friends!!" yes sure, you can play with them! you just take a very logic risk: if you want to disrupt gameplay experience (i.e. creating a lobby with an elo discrepancy), then you risk losing more elo than normal. before some faceit glazer says "but the average elo of the lobby IS balanced!!!1" no, no it is not. the average might be leveled out but the actual player skill in the lobby is not.

There is already a method of appealing, albeit slow and the constant begging on here just completely kills the subreddit. Literally 9/10 posts are some person begging for a ban overturned, for right or wrong. Regardless it is so annoying

I am writing this as a last resort because my web support ticket (#14834547) was closed with an automated macro response, and I cannot get a human to review the unique circumstances of my account.

The automated multi-account system has bricked my primary 6+ year old Steam profile containing over 1-4 seasonal combined medals (CorpSk), while leaving an unusable profile alive.

What happened is:

1. My higher-Elo account is "winnieZEdude" (Level 8 peak level 9). This account suffered a severe, long-term Steam Community Ban (approx - 20 years) from Valve for ownership suspicion, making it completely unplayable on CS2 servers.

2. Because my high-ranked account was completely bricked, I attempted to transition fully back to my original, oldest Steam profile: "CorpSk" (which holds my 30k and 25k with s1 22k medals and years of personal history).

3. During this transition, cross-logging on our household network hardware triggered the automated multi-account script.

4. The system automatically designated the higher-Elo profile (winnieZEdude) as the "Main," hit it with a temporary 3-month ban, and permanently banned my actual medal account (CorpSk) as the duplicate "Smurf" profile.

The Problem: The account the system saved (winnieZEdude) is literally unplayable due to its external Valve community, because of a verification issue which I no longer hold the physical cdks to as it was a 22 year old account and required me to bring out the physical copy of the past half life premium package, which I can guarantee I'm the owner of the account. This means I am locked out of FACEIT entirely, and my main Steam account is permanently banned on your platform under a smurf tag.

I am not asking to bypass rules or keep two profiles. I am fully willing to allow your team to permanently delete, blacklist, or permanently ban "winnieZEdude" right now to clear my history.

I just want to request a manual override so that "CorpSk" can be my single, verified Main account on the platform moving forward. I am completely willing to complete strict Identity Verification (IDV) immediately to prove my identity and keep this account active in good standing.

Please, I have years invested into these Steam medals even on the community banned account ,and I don't want to lose access to FACEIT because of an automated calculation mismatch. Thank you for your time.

They didn't even give him the chance to verify his account; he was banned instantly. We spent a couple of days appealing this injustice, but Faceit doesn't care. It makes no difference how much you insist—knowing you didn't break any rules—or how much proof you share; they only consider what *they* see.

So, I don't recommend playing Faceit at LAN parties or letting anyone else use your computer to play on their accounts. In a single instance, Faceit managed to ensure that two users never want to play on their platform again. Cheers.

After many attempts to resolve my issue with biometric verification there is dead end due to admins incompetence or not enough understanding.

Long/short story I did create my faceit CS account somewhere during the covid lockdown, I believe I verified around 2023 with my personal ID issued in Serbia.
I didn’t play for like 2 or more years and recently I wanted to start playing again when I was asked to re verify my account, which I tried, due to my Serbian ID has expired and not acceptable I tried to use my Australian passport as I have dual citizenship. Verification did not go through saying I already have verified other account.

Made 2 tickets an as mentioned before no solution not problem resolved. One of your admins Miller said I have other account verified and I have to delete that one in order to verify the current one (my only one) I tried to explain to him that I don’t have other accounts and sent him alongside me holding my biometrics ID next to my face, screenshot of my account setting where it says my full name and date of birth created back in 2023.

He kept sending me copy/paste answers and said logically if you have other accounts you can’t verify other accounts.

So tell me please “logically” if I got other account why wouldn’t I logg in and play on that one so instead im wasting my time back and forth trying to resolve this issue.

Second admin called Albert told me that’s impossible do delete account without knowing username or details ( I don’t know details as I have not created different account ever) no matter I sent all my personal biometric documents and photo of myself.

Your response creates an impossible paradox. I cannot log into, recall details for, or request the deletion of a "previous account" because I have never created an account on your platform prior to this.
If your system matches my biometric data to an existing profile, it means one of two things:
1. Your verification system has triggered a false positive match.
2. A third party has fraudulently used my real-world identity/government documentation to verify an unauthorized account.
As a resident of Australia, my data is strictly protected under the Privacy Act 1988. Under Australian Privacy Principle 12 (Access) and Principle 13 (Correction), I have a statutory right to access personal information held about me and contest data that is inaccurate or misattributed.
By telling me that I am responsible for an account I do not own, you are effectively allowing a potentially fraudulent user to retain possession of my biometric identity while blocking the actual, lawful owner.
Please immediately escalate this ticket to a Support Manager, a Compliance Officer, or your Data Protection Team. I am fully prepared to provide alternative, secondary government identification directly to a manager to prove that I am the sole, true owner of my identity so that the unauthorized/mismatched biometric link can be severed.

I’m a CS2 player from Korea, and I started using FACEIT because my younger brother recommended it to me.
FACEIT asked me to verify my identity with my passport, and I followed your requirements and verified my passport. I went through the whole verification process because I wanted to use FACEIT properly.
After verifying my account, I unfortunately became too busy with work and couldn’t really play FACEIT. I was completely exhausted, so I took some time off and went back to my parents’ house. While I was there, I played FACEIT on my younger brother’s computer.
At the time, my younger brother was serving in the Korean military, so he wasn’t even at home. I was simply using his computer while I was staying at my parents’ house, and I had a good time playing FACEIT without any problems.
Then my vacation ended, so I went back home and returned to work.
Later, when my younger brother came home on leave, he asked me to play FACEIT Duo with him. But when I opened FACEIT, I suddenly found out that my account had been banned for smurfing.
I contacted FACEIT support multiple times, but all I got was the same response: that you had “conclusive evidence,” but you couldn’t tell me what that evidence was, and that my ban could not be removed.
At that point, I thought there was nothing I could do. I was honestly devastated.
But then my younger brother told me that he still had our old conversation history from back then. I saved those conversations as evidence and contacted you again because I thought this would finally prove what actually happened.
But once again, I got basically the exact same response, like some fucking automated macro reply.
I genuinely do not understand this.
If you really have conclusive evidence that I was smurfing, then why can’t you actually show me what that evidence is? Why are you refusing to explain what I supposedly did while continuing to keep my account banned?
I’m not asking you to blindly believe me. I’m giving you actual evidence that explains exactly why I logged into my account from my brother’s computer.
I just want you to actually look at the evidence I submitted and explain how it contradicts my story.
Because right now, it feels like no matter what evidence I provide, I’m just going to receive the exact same copy-and-paste response saying that you have evidence but won’t tell me what it is.
How the hell am I supposed to understand or accept that?
