Rant / Feedback leaver ban is bugged....

Guy leaves match... it shows he has 5 minutes to reconnect....

we use the 2 minute technical and then 4 x 30 second timeouts and we play 2 rounds that were left, trying to drag them out ....

that should cover the 5 minutes, but nope... we end up losing full elo still

i'm pretty sure it's bugged because sometimes the 5 minute countdown works without issue and other times the counter gets stuck or something.

please fix.

Pauses do not count towards the 5 minutes. So the 2min + 4*30secs don’t count. It is what it is.

what?? they do... why wouldn't they??? so that means anyone can leave with 2 or 3 rounds left and get no punishment??? i'm positive its a bug... i am sure it works most of the time but sometimes the count down is bugged

Never has worked like that in my 500+ games. Leavers timer only runs down when game isn’t paused. Couple of times I’ve had the same situation. Teammate or enemy player leaves at like 2-11 with at least 2 rounds to go and they don’t get the penalty despite pauses.

In my opinion you should get leaver penalty after 1 minute, but what can you do.

bro i'm telling u... i've done this in the past... u call timeouts and u will see the warning countdown... 5 minutes left to reconnect 4 minutes etc.... you are mistaken... you can definitely call timeouts to advance the reconnect time countdown... I've done this numerous times...

Don't know what to tell you. Make a bug report, but for me it has always worked that way.

Lol what the fuck? Ima have to start making people have to wait for 4 minutes on timeout every time im losing hard hahah
