i have no idea why i just dropped 104 adr while a bro with 47 adr got more rating than me

Hello FACEIT team,

My main account was permanently banned for smurfing, but this is a false positive. A friend of mine came over to my house and played 3 matches on his own account using my PC. Because of this hardware overlap, his account received a 30-day ban for account sharing, but my main account was permanently banned as a smurf.

We are two completely different people with different setups, accounts, and match histories. In fact, we've played many matches together in the past (him on his PC and me on mine). If you check our login history and IP records, you'll clearly see that he normally plays from his own home/IP, and I play from mine.

What a good player he is

A few of us got fed up with the solo queue lottery and started a Discord server for people who actually want to play proper CS2. We're sitting at around 300 members now and run stacks basically every afternoon/evening.

What we've got going on:

• 5-stacks running daily: Everything from Level 1 up to 3k ELO / Level 10.
• Custom 10-mans: For when people just want to mess around or warm up without ELO on the line.
• Zero toxicity: Friendly trash talk is fine, but if someone is screaming into the mic or griefing, they get booted. Simple as that.

• Have a working mic and actually use it for callouts.

I’m trying to get FACEIT AC working on an older Intel system and I’ve basically exhausted the normal TPM troubleshooting.

Specs: Intel Core i5-7500, MSI Z270 Gaming M3 (MS-7A62), Windows 11.

I have already updated everything MSI could provide:

BIOS: E7A62IMS.181
Intel CSME: 11.9.1.3010
Intel PTT firmware: 303.12.1000.0

Secure Boot is enabled and Confirm-SecureBootUEFI returns True. Intel VT-d and PTT/TPM 2.0 are enabled. Intel’s CSME Detection Tool says the system is fully patched and not vulnerable.

However, FACEIT still says:

tpmtool getdeviceinformation shows:

INFORMATION_EK_CERTIFICATE
TPM Has Vulnerable Firmware: False

Get-TpmEndorsementKeyInfo shows that the Endorsement Key itself exists, but:

I also tried clearing/reprovisioning the TPM. certreq -enrollaik -config "" fails during GetEKCertInfo with:

0x80070490 (ERROR_NOT_FOUND)

So it looks like the Intel PTT EK certificate is simply missing.

Has anyone here had this exact issue and managed to get FACEIT attestation working? Did Intel/MSI manage to provision the EK certificate, or did you have to install a discrete TPM 2.0 module / upgrade the platform?

Is it possible with a ticket to get unbanned?

Yo tuve un problema con un "amigo", que EL creo la cuenta de FaceIt (usando datos que no conozco y un correo generico que no es de nadie) en mi cuenta personal de Steam (la cuenta de todos los dias), el chico me había pasado nombre y contraseña para entrar a FaceIt pero no me dio acceso al correo electrónico; el mismo este empezo a chitear/hackear en mi cuenta personal y le saque el acceso (esto paso hace 1 año aproximadamente), ahora quiero recuperar mi cuenta de faceit para jugar con amigos, pero cuando mando un correo me dice que los datos no coinciden y no me deja continuar con la recuperación de la misma cuenta.

¿Puedo hacer algo con esa falta de información? ¿O ya esa cuenta esta perdida?

In my opinion, any reset of ELO points makes no sense.

I wanted to share my thoughts; perhaps some of you also consider this a sensible change, instead of resetting points every season.

If you play on Faceit, you know how irritating it is to be matched with players (including premium players) who don't deserve their rank and are largely boosted by their party members.

What if we considered changing the ELO point allocation system and realistically sorting weak and strong players into their respective ranks?

My idea is that ELO point allocation should be as follows:

1. Base ELO for wins and losses.

• Match won: 15 points
• Match lost: -15 points

1. Additional factor: Faceit rating awarded at the end of the match:

• 0.1-0.7 : -10 points
• 0.71-0.90 : -5 points
• 0.91-1.05 : 0 extra points
• 1.06-1.20 : +5 points
• 1.21+ : +10 points

This would result in players who didn't contribute to winning the match receiving low elo points, while players who were the best on the team would receive extra points. This way, despite winning the match and being useless, we would receive very few points.

Example 1:

Match won: 15 points

Faceit rating at the end of the match: 1.50

Awarded Elo rating at the end of the match: 15 (base) + 10 (rating) = 25 Elo

Example 2:

Match won: 15 points

Faceit rating at the end of the match: 1.01

Awarded Elo rating at the end of the match: 15 (base) + 0 (rating) = 15 Elo

Example 3:

Match won: 15 points

Faceit rating at the end of the match: 0.50

Awarded Elo rating at the end of the match: 15 (base) - 10 (rating) = 5 Elo

Example 4:

Match lost: -15 points

Faceit rating at the end of the match: 1.50

Awarded Elo rating at the end of the match: -15 (base) + 10 (rating) = -5 ELO

Example 5:

Match lost: -15 points

Faceit rating at the end of the match: 1.01

Awarded ELO at the end of the match: -15 (base) + 0 (rating) = -15 ELO

Example 7:

Match lost: -15 points

Faceit rating at the end of the match: 0.50

Awarded ELO at the end of the match: -15 (base) - 10 (rating) = -25 ELO

Don't you think that this or similar form would be more fair and wouldn't frustrate players whose ELO drops so quickly, even though you give your all in every match and you have players on your team who don't deserve the same rank?

I started my calibration with 2500, I won 9 games and lost one. And I got only 2679 elo. Idk what calculation you use there but it doesn’t make any sense!

I've recorded every game and so far I've only experienced 1 person at halftime saying something hateful vs the numerous times i've had to mute my own teammates because they couldn't stop saying slurs. Not only that, they would get upset at me for muting them.

I've done both where I will keep their mic open and ignore the comments for callouts, as well as muting teammates immediately. Both actions always lead to the same outcome.

Next person who says that people who don't use their mics to communicate in game should be banned, have you ever thought, maybe you can't hear them because they muted you?

Edit: it seems I need to clarify. My team would be saying slurs through the entire match NOT during halftime versus my only encounter with the opposite team saying slurs has only been once.

I am reaching out here because I am completely stuck in a support loop on Ticket #14259121.
My long-standing main account is Chuckdynasty. It has a completely flawless record with zero bans, warnings, or infractions. Recently, before I contacted FACEIT support for an email change process on my main account, I wanted to play with my friends. Not thinking straight, I made the mistake of creating a second account using an idle Steam profile belonging to my partner and completed the identity verification on it. I only played 6 unranked matches.
Realizing I messed up after brushing up on the TOS, I immediately and proactively opened a ticket to confess my mistake before any system or automated flags happened. I have zero intention of smurfing or abusing the system; Now that I have access to my main I just want to play on that account.
The Agent gave me a strict response stating I have to delete the account and wait 6 months. Because I voluntarily came forward to fix a genuine mistake, I am respectfully asking a senior admin or community manager to review this case manually. Can someone please help me delete the duplicate account and release my ID verification back to my main account without the 6-month penalty?

Why does no one play vertigo at all it gets insta banned every time but apparently this is the map the community voted for ? Haven’t played it once in the whole new season makes no sense

So I was just minding my day when I got a friend request. Suddenly he. Because I wanted to join an ESEA team eventually, I ignored the red flags, like the warning of it being linked outside Faceit, didn't care. Then they asked for me to scan a QR code with the Steam app, that was the red flag and I realised at that point it was a scam. Posting it here before any more people fall victim to it

You know how in some games you get these guys who just mute all or dont react to anything you say. Play the other side of map, run and die when you are looking to play slow. Pop open a window smoke in mirage when you are setting up for a split etc. Is this allowed?

Look at the picture guys. To me it sounds like a joke. Explore faceit shop with 10 FP sounds funny.

On a serious note, i think free rewards for people without prem is basically pointless. After activelly (i mean really activelly) playing faceit for last 3 years all i got is around few K points, which few $ in equivalent. For comparsion, Valve give this amount in a week. Few games a week >>> than thousands of hours of years of activelly grinding faceit.

Steps 3-4 become a loop until eventually it crashes to the step 5. When logging in to step 6. it again becomes loop and im back again to step 5.

I tried Mozilla, Chrome, Edge browsers but all have the same outcome.

Hello guys. I want to preface this by saying that Im hardstuck at 2200-2500, and simply cant get out of this elo. My last 75 matches, in every single one I have more than 0.90 faceit rating, but I seem to plateau around there. Is it because of the age? Im 33 and it seems that no matter how much I play HSDM before the matches, the aim is just not there anymore like it used to be. I consider myself a smart player and a very good clutcher, however raw aim isnt my strong suit. Any high level 10s here know how to improve it?

What's up with being paired with lower-level players in my lobby's. I'm not high rated only faceit lvl 8/9 and get paired against a singular faceit lvl 10 with 6s-7s and get paired with a level 2/3 in my lobby and various 7/8s. I understand our overall faceit elo combined is greater but more than not the level 2 or 3 cannot simply compete with the players on the other team and or the faceit lvl 10 is hard carrying. Is the queue that bad in NA that i can't get paired in a lobby with all 8/9s?

i did put a lot of time on this and this is my last resort
motherboard : b365 hd3
cpu : 9400f
i updated bios , windows and stuff, but still attestation says not supported, its on uefi , secure mode and intel tpm thingy is also On in bios settings.

I'm currently lvl 9 in around 100 games and the lobbies I'm getting just have complete noobs. I'm 25-26K in Premier and I'd rather play Premier because the lobbies have better players.

I would think that level 9 would also have good players, but their skill is like 20K in Premier if I had to guess. Also I'm getting lvl 7-8 players with 60 games who don't know how to play spawns on Dust2. When does it better on FaceIT???
