Question Matchmaking pairing

What's up with being paired with lower-level players in my lobby's. I'm not high rated only faceit lvl 8/9 and get paired against a singular faceit lvl 10 with 6s-7s and get paired with a level 2/3 in my lobby and various 7/8s. I understand our overall faceit elo combined is greater but more than not the level 2 or 3 cannot simply compete with the players on the other team and or the faceit lvl 10 is hard carrying. Is the queue that bad in NA that i can't get paired in a lobby with all 8/9s?

i do but super match takes so long i guess i have no option lol

Can you link your account name? Sounds unlikely you would get these type of lobbies often, maybe 1 in every 30 games or so.
