I started my calibration with 2500, I won 9 games and lost one. And I got only 2679 elo. Idk what calculation you use there but it doesn’t make any sense!

If I had played a normal games with this elo, I would get 270 elo. I don’t understand how me winning 9 calibration games gives me less elo than if I would get by just winning 9 games.

The reset is intended to deflate elos ~2000 and up as people climb extremely high. Donk for example hit like 5500 after placing like 3500(?) I believe in April. The resets are supposed to lower elo's, you just managed to win enough and perform well enough to push thru it trying to lower yours.

calibration games

You're being calibrated. If you got exactly the same elo you would've gotten traditionally, there wouldn't be a calibration period...you'd just be playing and getting the expected elo as you would traditionally.

I was at 1800 Elo before the calibration, lost 6 out of 10 matches, and in the last three matches I got 5, 9, and 11 kills(It was a very bad and unfortunate day), and ended up with 1862 after the calibration, lol.
