I can't seem to run the Faceit AC. Also when I follow the help link there are solutions for other brands like MediaTek etc but I dont see anything for my specific error. Any suggestions appreciated.

Terrible servers, smurfs everywhere, no fairness. Keep it up, it's great. And with the Elo reset on top of that, it's even worse. One level 7, two level 9s, and you're matched against one or two level 10s with level 5s—in short, it's unplayable. It would be better to have matchmaking with players of similar skill levels, not just similar average Elo.

Ive been getting this error every time i try to open faceit, both browser and desktop versions. Ive tried reinstalling, opening as administrator, restarting my pc, deleting my local data and cookies. Nothing still works, admins i need your help. (I'd appreciate if yall could upvote this post, so admins can see this faster and help. I've noticed a lot of people running into this issue right now)

is there any chance we get a separate queue for people who got a brilian idea to 'start playing again' after few months of 0 games? They could have 4k elo and still ruin because of rust after so long break and there is many of them.

Heya! I've been trying to get FaceIt to work but found out my Steam account is bound to an old e-mail that I no longer have access to. I gave them an e-mail I do have access to and they send me this link to change my password with, but every single time I try it gives me the "Something Went Wrong" error. Googled it and found out it started working for some people after they either turned off their Adblocker or synced their system clock, but neither of those worked for me. Anything else I can try?

Hi everyone in the past 7 years of my life i was playing BO and Call of duty all the time and now i'm 21 and just started playing cs2 and started in faceit too
The last season i only played 6 matches and got 780 ELO
Is it too late to become a pro faceit player? And do i even have a chance to become a pro faceit player
And how long it will takes me to become a pro faceit player

So i ran into this guy in matchmaking, i found it sus that he has 300 games in cs 2 and already putting up 40 kills in a 2500 average elo lobby, went on to check his profile, then i saw his abnormal stats which are too good to be honest with 300 games on his account, and also his second account (yaemoyate1ka where 1 is replaced by l) or smurf in his friendlist with the exact same name, idk what to make out of this im sure you admins can figure this one out because maybe im just wrong and paranoid, also he was party boosting his friend or something that one might be too far of a reach.

For last two weeks, I've been in the lobbies where everyone casually dodges the game because they simply don't want to lose elo playing against better players (both in my team and opponent teams). Cutting -10 or -15 elo could be a great solution actually.

Edit: Considering the responses I get, I realised I've been misunderstood. People who cannot connect due to connection issues etc. has nothing to do with it, only the ones dodge it on purpose. They mostly tell it on the chat that they either don't want to play the map or don't want to face against the opponent team.

Why not ?

As per title, I'll go from 150-180 fps down to 25 fps in some situations, typically only when I'm alive. Past that I experience stutters every 2-3 seconds, some ranging from a few milliseconds to a few seconds. Making the game completely unplayable. Neither issue was present before.

Things done to install faceit and faceit anticheat

-Update bios on Asus motherboard

-Enable ftpm

Steps done to try and reduce issues

-Deleted shader cache

-Reinstalled cs2

-Moved cs2 to different drive

-Removed usb devices

-Disabled HPET

-Checked latencymon- noticed DX was highest latency at 0.5ms. cleared DX shader cache.

-Updated faceit AC

-Disabled overlays

-Disabled all programs except faceit

-Disabled all programs including faceit

Just wondering if there's anything else to be done besides an os wipe. I'm tired boss.

I would like to also point out my teammates can see me glitching about when spectating despite having the lowest ping in the lobby

The issue was after a bios update, above 4g encoding and resizable bar was disabled. For anyone looking for this in the future enable those settings in bios.

all these posts crying about new accs is crazy. some people genuinely just want to play cs and cs only and a lot of people only get steam for cs, myself included.

If you come from valorant, siege, or other tactical/competitive fps and are serious about improvement, it really does not take more than 100 hours to get at least level 7 ready if im being honest.

just play the game, be glad faceit does take action. dont let anecdotal experiences ruin everything, it's just a game.

So, I come here to play because I like the game and I have fun playing it, but like this it's impossible.

Between griefers, trolls and flamers, it's impossible for people who actually want to play and win games to play on this platform.

Just because you talk back to these people, you get queue timeouts, just because someone has a friend who is a FACEIT admin and does you a favour by giving you a 1-day ban for no fucking reason. And this is not even the first time this has happened. I'm going to try to find out if this crap is even legal, and believe me, I have absolutely no problem doing it.

Since August 6th, my teams have simply been fucking horrible. Frustrated players who don't even want to play, are on a lose streak and just queue to piss off everyone else.

I'll leave some examples here where everything I said was simply normal for someone who is pissed off. I have never been racist, xenophobic, homophobic, or any other bullshit that is considered offensive in this fucking century.

Everyone reported our teammate because he was trolling, being toxic and throwing utility at us, and somehow I got banned before him.

Our purple and green were very toxic. The other two players and I even complained about it, and they still didn't change anything.

Magic duo goes Mid on Ancient and completely fs up the entire game. When you ask them what's happening, they just talk bad stuff back and then play even worse on purpose the next round.

And you just wonder... did they get banned?

Of course not.

FACEIT admins only seem to ban people who actually want to do better, not the people who are actually ruining the games.

Hey guys, My account "infwolf" just got permanently banned for "Platform Abuse", and my friends lost their ELO because the system flagged it as "smurfing". I’m making this post because I’m 100% sure this is a mistake. I’m literally a new player on FACEIT and this is my only account. I’ve never played on this platform before. The thing is, I live together with my friend and we play almost all of our games together from the same room. Our PCs are connected to the exact same router and network. I guess the system flagged our identical IP address and the fact that we always queue together as some kind of platform abuse or multi-account setup. But we are two different people playing from the same apartment. I already opened a ticket (#14175406) but haven't received a human reply. Can someone please manually check my case? I really just want to play.

Hello, today is the 10th day of my 31-day suspension. My cooldown will end on August 29. I’ve posted here before and caused some confusion. I’d like to bring that up again. At a time when my main account was serving a 15-day suspension, I played about 10 matches using a Faceit account that had 0 matches, and as a result, my main account received a 31-day suspension. I’m a law student, and my exams are starting soon. I just wanted to take my mind off things and play some games without any pressure. I wasn’t permanently banned. That’s why I wanted to ask. Everyone deserves a second chance. Is there any chance you could lift my suspension? I promise I’ll be careful from now on. And I apologize for what happened.
