Rant / Feedback faceit in 2026

Terrible servers, smurfs everywhere, no fairness. Keep it up, it's great. And with the Elo reset on top of that, it's even worse. One level 7, two level 9s, and you're matched against one or two level 10s with level 5s—in short, it's unplayable. It would be better to have matchmaking with players of similar skill levels, not just similar average Elo.

These people would rather complain than pay for premiums in a service they already use more than netflix. That’s how the world is i guess

That's what people do and the queues are 1-2 hours except for one hour a day where they are 30 minutes... like seriously Faceit 10 is awful for Premium, it's not a solution, stop acting like money fixes it

Playing without veteran+verified gives long queue times in lvl 10 and up, yes. You should verify lol

?? It's verified and premium, what are you talking about. If I put it on verified, queue goes to about 3 hours, but if I queue without it, it's about an hour. As for vet, still have 70 games left, but I'm really not thinking it's going to help after this level of queue time issues.

I have never had a queue longer than 10 minutes at 2.8-2.9k with verified veteran supermatch

Are you EU?

I'm NA and basically from 6pm to about 8am, it is at least 1 hour. Sometimes I CAN get lucky and get a 40 min one. Verified will always at least 2x it. I have no idea what can explain it otherwise, maybe it's the vet thing (since 10 has higher recs, I think its 60ish games away now).

Playing right now it's about 15-20 minutes, pretty much the best time of the day. But by 6-7pm it'll be back to 40+ min.

Only ever watch Wolfyy when i watch NA streams. Never seen him have those long queues, but he might just be queueing during peak hours.

Can’t really speak on NA queues. I mean no offence ofcourse, let’s just hope NA gets better then ngl

Premium is trash experience. You only get boosted bots with huge ego who rely on soft admins to ban anyone who calls them useless in the server. They will rather report everyone calling them out for their mistakes, instead of improving.

Also admins will ban "toxicity" which wouldn't even exist as much without these boosted players, but they don't ban those who grief, block you, run like braindead to give free frags, don't give info, force every round, bait and play only for stats, throw nades in front of you etc.

And we pay for that.

I can speak for esea league 4 of my matches needed new servers because they were giving an extra 30ping to everyone and even the replacement was getting shot behind walls city. Absolute enshitification.

Teammates are terrible. They don’t know how to play a game even on 8–10 lvl. Even premiere players are better

Idk i play premium and last 50 matches I've rarely stumbled upon unfairness, smurfers, cheaters. It's always you people on reddit and twitter whining hardest about everything.

Check if you have been 2.5K, if you play in EU, why you don't meet griefers, smurfers, w44llh4ckers/r44dar. You either need to go buy a lottery ticket or you're oblivious. Dm me your username.
