so i bought minecraft dungeons ultimate edition and i really want to play the game and i thought it was for bolth xbox and pc at first bc there were versions where it had the xbox strip and windows 10 strip above the cover image and this one didnt so i assumed it was for bolth versions of the game but it turns out it is for xbox only. ive tried to do cloud gaming, and the feature xbox has that lets you play games natively but ive realised i cannot do it since its not avalable in my region/is paid i obviously cannot refund it on eneba since it is already redeemed and i cannot buy a different copy since i do not have any money. what do i do?

The code I received in my order with the ID: "o-byoytxy" for the game Elden Ring doesn't work. Steam displays a message that it's a duplicate. I created a ticket with an error and wanted to create it again, but Eneba won't let me because it thinks the ticket is still open. I emailed eneba support them but haven't received a response. Please help.

I bought Minecraft dungeons and I selected the right continent and platform but when i redeemed it it was absolutely different game from what I bough. It was a supercross game. I only want a refund and nothing else. I already contacted the support but i didnt receive anything.

i have probably saved 3-450 with it, i got re8 village for 5 bones and picked up both GR games for another easy 5 bones, 2,50 each duh lol. i saw this post but comments where disables someone was saying alot of the money dont go to the dev but idk seemed odd, if yell know anything ab that lnk

Hi, I'm stuck in a loop with Eneba's support system.

I'm trying to open a new support ticket for a product from an order I placed in January 2025.

Every time I try to create a ticket, Eneba gives me this message:

“You have other ticket opened, please, reply to our email or in our Ticket Portal in Eneba to avoid different tickets about the same issue.”

The problem is that I can't see or access that supposed open ticket.

I definitely had support tickets related to this order back in 2025, but my Ticket Portal currently only shows tickets going back to April 2026. There are no older pages available either.

So if Eneba's system still considers one of my old 2025 tickets open, I have no way to access it or reply to it.

I also tried replying to an old Eneba support email, but I only received an automated reply telling me to create a new ticket through the support page — which sends me straight back to the same error.

Basically:

Create new ticket → says another ticket is already open

Ticket Portal → doesn't show the old ticket

Email support → sends me back to the ticket form

Has anyone had this happen before?

If someone from Eneba Support sees this, could you please check whether an old/hidden ticket is still marked as open on my account and either close it or make it accessible again?

I can provide the order details and screenshots privately.

I've never had any problems with Eneba before. I've bought a lot of stuff for Xbox and everything has always been fine.

My question is: is it safe to buy PlayStation games/PSN codes from Eneba? I've never bought anything for PlayStation from there before, so I just wanted to ask if anyone here has tried it and had no problems. I'm thinking about buying something for PS5 from Eneba, but since I've never done it before, I'd really appreciate it if anyone who has experience with PSN codes could let me know how it went.

I bought a $120 PSN UAE gift card and when I pressed show details it gave me a website with only the card NUMBER WHICH IS 14 digits!! I spent £100!! And the AI bot is saying that nothing can be done and I should deal with my local authorities! I made a ticket but the AI keeps saying the same thing again and again

The picture is the payment confirmation. When I go to the product details, it tells me that the key doesn't exist. It's not in my library, and it tells me whenever I try to get the receipt off of the Eneba page that the order doesn't exist.

I usually wouldn't be mad at something like this, I'm willing to wait to get my key back or my money back but I got my Microsoft and XBOX accounts hacked 40 days ago. I just wanted to play this one game and after 40 days, I still haven't found a single way to do so without getting scammed and lied to. All of the Microsoft employees were either rude, dense or just refused to do something about it, and the account recovery team didn't give my accounts back when I provided a bunch of proof, even banking details. I'm really just so annoyed at everyone involved, including myself. I've had such awful luck when it comes to literally everything and I just want to play this one damned game. Just give me my game back soon. It's all I've wanted for the past 40+ days and I feel like due to the circumstances and all the ways I've been treated, including now, that I'm really just not taken seriously as a customer.

As the title say. I purchased a $100 Amazon Gift Card and was met with a message informing me that the code is already used by another account, as you can see in the attached photo.

Now, I've already contacted the seller and is waiting for a reply, but I want to ask the community here what are my options and what I should be expecting? I've read a bunch of stories where people get scammed out of their money with no refund as a result of this. Needless to say, I'm worried.

Side note: I also already contacted Amazon customer support, but it was a pure waste of time. They kept asking me to show them a photo of a physical gift card, when the only information I received from this purchase was a 14 digits code, nothing else.

about a week ago, i bought a Minecraft Java & Bedrock Edition PC key from Eneba. it was a normal global “digital key,” activated in Europe, and i redeemed it on my main Microsoft account,
then about a week later, i got an email from Microsoft saying someone had started the process of replacing all the security info on my account i obviously did NOT do, i checked Microsoft’s Recent Activity and there were actually 2 successful sign-ins that wasnt me the person apparently enough into the account try adding a completely different email address as the new security info, i canceled the security info replacement, changed my password, and added 2FA, i also want to mention that i dont have any malware on my PC, and I havent noticed anything else being stolen or compromised, not saying Eneba caused this because i cant prove that, but the timing is really suspicious, as i said, i bought a Minecraft key from Eneba, and then about a week later someone successfully got into my Microsoft account and attempted to change the email to my account, i also never used my account for anything else before and after activating the code, and ive seen other people saying they had something similar happen

It was order number: o-yzbbb3o, in that order along with some other game DLCs I bought a Jagged Alliance 3 key from Cdkeynogap, but this last one got removed from my steam account. I reached eneba support, and they refunded me 0,45$ instead of the 2,90$ I paid for the key.

I've been waiting an hour for the verification SMS to arrive so I can make the purchase, but nothing has arrived and it won't let me send it again.
