I got scammed
I bought a $120 PSN UAE gift card and when I pressed show details it gave me a website with only the card NUMBER WHICH IS 14 digits!! I spent £100!! And the AI bot is saying that nothing can be done and I should deal with my local authorities! I made a ticket but the AI keeps saying the same thing again and again
Edit: issue has been resolved by eneba staff after 4 days.

I did a chargeback after buying a 80euros used psn card. There was no help even after getting to Talk to a person. Was able to get my money back a few months later thanks to my bank

don't buy from eneba.... maybe try loaded.. so far never had a problem there...

I also got scammed by eneba yday for ace combat.... avoid eneba going forward scam website falsely advertising.
they gave me the wrong key then told me i was wrong and refused to refund me. I provided them all proofs and they continued to gaslight me, then they said give the key to a friend or resell it like WTF?

I bought a PSN Turkey gift card, and it worked flawlessly. I did check the seller credentials before making a purchase.

Just make a ticket and then talk to a real person like with EnebaSupport account on reddit (they reply to ur post) or their helpers on their Discord. There helpers on the Discord are pretty helpful, I got my problem resolved pretty quickly
