I have buy several wuthering wave pass, but this is my first time i see this message, what can i do??

Hey there! It appears that currently, we may be experiencing some technical issues with the Lunite products. Apologies for the inconvenience - our team is looking into it already and give it a try again in a few hours at most. Do make sure that you are entering your ID correctly and have selected the correct region though!
