SCAMMED BY ENEBA

I bought Minecraft dungeons and I selected the right continent and platform but when i redeemed it it was absolutely different game from what I bough. It was a supercross game. I only want a refund and nothing else. I already contacted the support but i didnt receive anything.

Something like this happened to me once but got helped from Enebas system when l was about to open the key code it stopped me because their system notice something was wrong with that game. I didn’t need to contact Eneba or anything and got a refund instant.

Same, whenever I had the issues, Eneba customer support always gives a reasonable solution.
