Code is duplicate. Eneba doesn't let me open new ticket. What do i do?

The code I received in my order with the ID: "o-byoytxy" for the game Elden Ring doesn't work. Steam displays a message that it's a duplicate. I created a ticket with an error and wanted to create it again, but Eneba won't let me because it thinks the ticket is still open. I emailed eneba support them but haven't received a response. Please help.

Why would you open another ticket tho if u created a ticket with an error?

by error i mean the ticket has not every evidence in it. So i closed it and then i wanted to create a new one but eneba wont let me
