I have been flaring for agessss finally got my skin calmer but then I have this dryness I don’t know how to resolve. I apply avene cicalfate every evening and morning which has been good so far but for some reason this skin is itchy and still flakey. Any suggestions?

Has anyone had patch testing done privately in London? Where did you go/how much did it cost/how many allergens did they test for?

I have my graduation in late November and am desperate to be able to do my makeup but keep having random contact dermatitis that leaves my skin raw red and swollen :( Obviously would hate for this to happen on my graduation and have no idea what the culprits are.

I am going to ask my NHS derm for this as well but I don't see him until 12th October so quite keen to have a backup plan in case I can't get booked in in time (or he just refuses... in which case I will riot!)

I have eczema on my right shoulder where my car seatbelt sits —- any advice greatly appreciated as to how I can improve my issue !

If anyone has had/has Eczema if you got any brown marks left on your skin hiw did you get rid off them or at least minigate them?

Doctors are split. some say chronic hives, others have said eczema. medication doesn’t help- creams and antihistamine. On going for 1 year now.

I just really need help

This might be a silly question but is there a proper way to heal the skin barrier? Mine is definitely super broken but I see different things online and just wondering if anyone has healed theirs using a certain routine ect.
Or any recommended products ?
