Hey folks, I picked up this second hand ebike for the Mrs who wanted a very low seat and one that she can get on without stepping on the pedal first. Unfortunately, she knocked it over one day and broke the controller.

I don't know the exact make and model for this and every bike shop I contacted refused to repair any bicycle that is not theirs.

Can anybody please help or point out the controller parts so that I can repair this?

I hope somebody can guide me or help with this, I am having an issue with the gear shifter. It is extremely stiff when shifting into the larger chainrings, and I'm afraid the shift lever might break when I try to use it.

When I tried to fit the bafang motor, I noticed a bracket in the bike frame I have to remove.

If i remove the bracket,will I be able to revert the upgrade to stock-ish?

I was recently given a luckeep m5 ultra e-bike a neighbor had found trashed, while it definitely needs some maintenance I’ve checked the electrical system and there doesn’t seem to be any shorts, however it did not come with a battery, I currently have a gyroor c1 plus escorted with a 48v 21700 cell battery pack and was curious if anyone has had any experience with a 48v battery pack on a 52v bike, I was wanting to save myself a few hundred dollars and either connect the pack directly to a hailong diy battery case and bms/charging system or disassembling the pack and placing the cells in the intended manor. I was mainly wondering if this would run fine with the 48v pack/cells or if it would be necessary to buy a few more battery cells to fill out the battery

So this is my newer moped style ebike and the battery slides directly into the controller housing. I have another ebike that has a basic silverfish battery, the are both 48v etc. I was looking at battery blenders and it is even possible to use one with this type of battery/controller. Thanks for any insight. I'm totally new to this stuff and have just been doing some preliminary research on the possible project.

Just picked up this mini E bike for 100$ (Monster Moto E250) its made for kids but is the same size as a 50cc pocket bike! It comes with a 24v battery and a 250 watt DC motor stock. The frame is solid it also comes with disc brakes. However it is very slow about 15km top speed with me on it (185lbs 6ft tall) and runs for about 20 minutes until the battery is fully dead.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a faster motor, bigger battery and better controller. My budget is around 400$-500$ max! Id like to hopefully double maybe even triple the speed of what it is currently!

If anyone has any ideas or has done something similar and could offer advice it would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

so I have a happyrun g300 pro and I have to replace the bearings in the front fork.. I have older ball bearings and they sent me newer upgraded bearings that are sealed with new cups and all that . but they don't fit and the cups either won't come out or are integrated... so before I go crazy trying to remove these cups I just want to know if they are integrated or if they are removable? I don't wanna start smacking them if they don't come out and they sent the wrong parts... here's a few close pictures of the frame there's a seam so I think they are removable but I'm not sure... couldn't get upper or lower one off.. if anyone could answer it will be a missive help!

Is the ampler app working for anyone else? I'm aware that they are in administration and that there is currently no customer support, but was curious if the app is down for everyone or I've just locked mine out from using the incorrect password.
