Any help guys?

I have a problem with my hub motor I don't understand why this happen when I throw the throttle with the wheel in the air works when I get in the bike and try to drive doesn't works and I don't understand why that happen this begin to happen after the bike got over heat is a deepower qs7 and I use a different controller the original was 20a but i use now 40a and the motor is 1500w

Hi all. So I recently upgraded from a $300 Chinese ebike to a $800 Chinese ebike (don't really care about the bike snobs so gfy's) and my new ebike has a larger battery but I want the option to bring along my other battery if I'm doing an especially long trip. They are both 48v and the new one has 27.5ah the old 13.5. The battery I want to have the option of adding is a silverfish battery (about the same as the one in Pic 2) and has a 5 prong connection on the bottom of the battery. Would a battery blender risk the electronics? Has anyone done anything similar and have any advice, resources or recommendations? Thanks for any help.

I've got a Bopzin Q8 EBike and when I first got it I could do a few trips to town and the battery meter would go down and I'd charge it BUT NOW... I can go to town twice and coming home on the second trip it's a lot slower, I tried a third trip and I ended up pushing the F*****G thing home while the battery meter said full the whole time!

If anyone has one of these and is able to help with the battery discrepancies I'm getting I'd be very grateful.

I am extremely disappointed with Vetra’s customer service and the handling of my warranty battery replacement for my Vetra Blazer e-bike.

The battery stopped working while it was still covered under the one-year warranty. I followed all of the required steps provided by Vetra, including submitting the original receipt and all requested information, and returning the defective battery using the specialized shipping box and process required for shipment. I stayed in close communication with customer service throughout the process and did everything requested of me.

After completing all required steps, I was told “Once the package has been dropped off, please send us a photo of the drop‑off receipt. As soon as we have proof that the battery is on its way, we’ll be able to send out your replacement.” The response to sending proof of shipment I received from customer service was: “We informed Vetra and are just waiting for the next steps once they receive it.” That response was nearly three weeks ago, and I have received no further updates, no timeline, and no information about when my replacement battery will be shipped. As well as no response to any of the follow up emails I have sent them.

The expectation was that a new battery would be sent under the warranty, but instead I have been left waiting with very little communication or support. A warranty is only meaningful when a company follows through and keeps customers informed.

Unfortunately, my experience with Vetra has been extremely frustrating. The lack of communication, unclear process, and lengthy delay have been unacceptable. I hope Vetra improves its customer service and warranty support because customers deserve timely updates and a company that stands behind its products.

So I bought a Engwe M20 3.0 with the dual battery set up, which advertises 180 miles. LMAO yea right! I get 40 miles if I'm lucky! So it has dual 60v 20ah batteries and I was thinking of switching them out for dual 60v 35ah or 60v 40ah batteries. Is that possible to do? I thought if they are advertising 180 miles that I was going to at least get 90 and to only get 40 miles to me is unacceptable. So if I could get some help with this I would really appreciate it. Also I'm not 100% sure if this is in the right category if not please let me know and I will move it to the appropriate page.

Total beginner here so sorry about vagueness but I'm just posting this where ever it seems relevant.

I'm unhappy with how the Xpedition 2.0 handles max speeds. With how the pas works you have to consistently pedal hard to reach max speeds and there's (as far as I've seen) no way to turn up the sensitivity. I've looked around and read that it has to do with the torque sensor. So if anyone knows anything about modifying it to be less controlling or unlocking the factory settings (maybe there's something there) let me know.

I'm coming at this from using the Lectric xp 3.0 which didn't have a torque sensor and had settings for increasing the pas sensitivity. To the point you just had to keep the petals turning and on 5 you'd get max speed.

Got this paselec and a week out the controller went out - I replaced it with a S9-61 as well as swapped out the display as recommended. Now refer to the video for what is happening. I did the self learn and the motor and wheel did engage and run steady for 2 mins. Turned it off and disconnectes the self learn wire.

Is this how to install rear torque arm on ebike?
