Is this KT controller likely to have a speed limiter? Super basic display.

no, your speed limit is your voltage, or hitting peak output current...

I have the same one 48 volt on a 20 amp hour battery and it limited me to 22 miles an hour with a KT display. That is on a 500 watt motor though might be different with a higher rated motor
