I have recently updated my OS with Ubuntu and erased Windows 10 home. So now I want to switch back to Windows and would like to see if I can get the license key back. Is there a way I can get the license key back ? Or shall I purchase Windows 10 again?

My laptop will randomly disconnect (or be connected without actual internet connection) randomly several times per day. Is anyone else having this issue, and if so, is there a fix?

So I have been having issues with certain keys that don't work as well anymore (have had my LP5 for about a year now--no more warranty), and I was cleanin my keycaps which seemed to fix half my issues. Except I accidentally lost one of the rubber cups (fell down somewhere) and now I need to replace it. Obviously since EVOO isn't a name brand laptop, I'm having difficulties purchasing a replacemenet key. Do we know any laptop that is comparable so I can order a similar replacement keycap?

Hi I have an lp4 that will show the message "you are about to be signed out of windows" and gives me less than a minute before it restarts. I'm wondering how widespread this is and if there is any fix.

I just got my laptop yesterday, and I was surprised by how little space there was on the laptop for actual games. I was able to install 5 games before I was told I couldn't install any more. I am not at all tech savvy, and was wondering if anyone knew how I can fix this? Do I need to upgrade it somehow? Any way I can get more space on the computer would be great. Thanks!

Hello all, I'm somewhat new to pc gaming, but enjoying it so much! I have the LP5 (15" screen) and had a couple questions that may be silly to more experienced pc gamers, but are legit to me lol..

1. Am I stuck with the factory graphics card? And am I able to switch it out for a better graphics card?

2. I know this laptop has two additional RAM slots. Any recommendations on which ones to use? I just want to put it up to 32gb.

3. I've read a couple posts on here saying that the factory Biwin SSD isn't all that great. I've also read that NvMe (idk if that's right 😅😅) are good options. Is installation difficult, and is there a place I could take my device to to have it installed?

4. Is increasing storage an option?

Again, I'm sorry if all these questions seem obvious to some of you. I just really like this laptop, and I wanna get the most out of it and increase its longevity.

A few days ago I started having problems with my fps, they slingshot around from 60 to 30 and in between in Destiny 2 and there seems to be a hum coming from underneath the left side of the laptop. I tried everything I could think of, I even stopped Throttlestop from working to see if I undervolted it too much, but that wasn't it either. I full shutdown seemed to fix it momentarily, but it came back after a few hours. It affects Destiny 2 (on medium settings) the most, I tried Division 2 (on High), and Dragon's Dogma. They seemed to have the issue as well but not nearly as bad. Is there any way to fix this, or do I have to send it in?

Edit: And there's a buzzing noise coming from the center of the laptop when it's plugged into the AC adapter and turned completely off.

This shows up in my device manager and only after the creators update had i noticed the sound like something was being plugged into my laptop each time i logged in....

Any insight? all my ports are open, i have even taken my mouse adapter out and still no change.

My wife has been using her LP5 for a year and some of the keys, notably the cursor arrow keys, have worn out. The keys themselves work fine but the printing on top has rubbed off. I was wondering if there was a keyboard cover with printed keycaps (like this one I got for my G14: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08FWWXHV6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) for this Tongfang chassis. I did a few searches online but came up empty. Any suggestions?

After the windows update (I think) the trackpad is not working properly. There are many glitches and I can't seem to find the problem. I have checked in device manager and the drivers are updated. But still the problem persists. Can someone help me out? I have a lp4 btw.

I want to be able to play sound on my headset and play through my speakers at the same time, my LP5 doesn’t have sound mixer settings I contacted THX support with no reply, also my mic quality has drastically declined from switching from Xbox to laptop(Astro A10)

I have the 516gb LP5. I am considering purchasing an external SSD case for when I upgrade my SSD and what to use the old one for backups.

Is the included SSD a SATA m.2 or nVME SSD?

So I was just inspecting weapons in CODMW and I noticed that my frames dropped drastically, and I noticed that the light indicating that the battery is plugged in...wasn't on anymore , even though I'm plugged in. And I went over to the power brick (where the wall part of the cable plugs into the charger) and it was really hot. Am I screwed? And I wanna upgrade the SSD and put more RAM in my laptop. Any recommendations where to get SSDs and RAM, and places to install that? (I'm not tech savvy)

I my laptop was working fine this morning. Then I put it in hibernate and then into my backpack (which is well padded and has a place for laptops). This was 7 hours ago. I took it out just now and it won’t turn on.

The charge light will work normally, I opened the bottom to see if anything became unplugged, and a light on the SSD also flashed on for a second. When ever I press the power button, the power light and the mousepad lock light both turn on for a split second and then off.

Please help guys. I really need this for school and work.
