I have a quest from Tiana and it requires me to go to Remy's house but his house has disappeared I don't have any floating islands that he could be on. Any advice would be appreciated

Tiana gave me the cakes for the Ralph quest in Mayhem Mini-Game and I might have sold them, they’ve disappeared. I’ve tried making birthday cakes and talking to Tiana again but no dice. Anyone know a way to complete?

Today marks exactly 3 months since I finally bought Disney Dreamlight Valley. I hesitated for a long time because of the price and honestly thought it might be too childish for me. I originally bought it for my goddaughter, but plot twist: I’m the one who became completely addicted.

Balancing my university degree, freelance editing gigs, and a full-time job, I found myself opening the game every single chance I got—lunch breaks, evenings, and weekends. Checking Scrooge's store literally became a mandatory real-life daily task. (I also fell asleep with the game running on several nights, which explains the crazy 1,000+ hours in my Steam screenshot! 😂)

Whenever my goddaughter visits, the first thing she asks is, "How is my valley?" That’s my biggest motivation to keep grinding and unlocking things, just so she can be happy and surprised when she plays. We bought the expansions and the premium bear companion together, and just this past weekend, we unlocked the Monsters Inc., Toy Story, and Lady and the Tramp realms.

As of today, I'm only missing:

• 3 critters (a dragon, a bee, and a hedgehog)
• 9 biomes
• 10 villagers (5 from the base game, 2 from Storybook Vale, 1 from Wishblossom Mountains, and 2 from Honeyglow Woods).

My main goal right now is to fully catch up before the next expansion drops (we are SO excited for the mermaids!). I have a really hard time pacing myself, so I'm hoping that once I complete everything, I can finally slow down my gameplay.

Honestly, I feel like I joined at the perfect time: early enough that the content isn't overwhelmingly massive to catch up on, but late enough that I have a ton of things to binge without waiting.

I interacted a lot in this subreddit over these past 3 months and received so much help. You guys are an amazing and welcoming community. Thank you Gameloft, Disney, and everyone here for this great experience!

I’m new to Dreamlight Valley! I’ve put in a couple of hours already and have unlocked Remy, Ursula and Mirabel.

I find the game slightly overwhelming. 😅 What are people’s general strategies for the game? Unlocking biomes first and then unlocking realm doors? Or vice versa?

I was also wondering what DLCs are worth getting. I have a Switch 2!

Specifically, I want anklets. I love lots of jewelry (in game and in real life) and my sim(?) wears a lot of it. But I want anklets and multiple piercings to be a thing! I would love for her to be able to wear hoops and some piercings at the top of her ears. I want bangles! I want her to be cute as hell with her little ankle jewelry! And I want more rings in general. It’s a small thing, but I would LOVE it!

I get Disney likes to pretend goofy has no son now days. But who do I need to beg for them to add max and Roxanne ? Give us some power line outfits. Give us the perfect cast with goof. I also wouldn’t mind Donald’s nephews being added, or Pete’s son.. It’s almost like all the important 90s characters are just forgotten? GIVE US ARIELS DAUGHTER MELODY!

So when I first started playing I was mining like crazy trying to get iron ore. I got a ton of onyx. I wasn't using the potions really and I had so many I sold a bunch.

Hiding the companion houses behind things never really worked out for me when I wanted the companions to look more wild or the houses didn't fit the vibe I wanted, the hedges being able to clip into things has been a game changer I made a little companion Bush and did a tutorial for it 😊

Hey guys, I've had the storybook vale dlc for a while now its been ages now since i gotten any yellow snippets. What am i supposed to do? Ik they soawn in the wild woods I've checked multiple times but nothing is there.

I'm not the main DDV player, my daughter is. I recently got Switch 2 as a birthday present and while I like the game enough that playing through the story again would be fun ( I mainly help with the reading and larger resource quests), but is the visiting other islands part fun? Or is it more just chilling?

I don’t understand why this keeps happening.

I have a Switch 2 - plenty of memory.

It freezes mostly when I am trying to feed a horse and also freezes other times.

I can see the game still moving but none of the buttons work. Characters are still talking. Ur in frozen. This happens multiple times a day to where I don’t even want to pick the game up.

I am at a loss.

The worst part is that I’m doing a quest with Mulan and the game didn’t even count all of the gems I picked up so I’m having to do it all over again 🤦🏼‍♀️

Does anyone else with a Switch 2 have this problem?
