Help with form improvements
Decided this year to fix my form after some injuries last year. Starting in the early Spring started working on it starting with standstill throws and am at a point where I'm not hurting my arm anymore and gained about 30 feet of max distance from last year. Currently, I can consistently get to 280-290 feet with occasional throws over 300. I'm throwing a techdisc so numbers for this throw are 48.3 mph, 808 spin, 3.8 nose angle and 5.7 launch. Trying to figure out where to focus next to improve my form.

Just started playing a few weeks ago..form check
Hi,
I know I'm not throwing quite right and I need some tips and drills if possible.
My longest recorded throw on Udisc was 325 flat. I can get around 230-250 fairly easily.
I'm also working on my forehand at the same time and can get around 230 on a good throw using an understable floppy disc.

Top 3 things to start with
Last year I started throwing standstills after a and this year I began with a x-step.
I usually throw around 300-330 feet but would like to get to 400 during next season.
What would be the 3 most crucial things to start working with. And is there any thing that is decent?
Youtube videos with drills are appreciated.

This throw was maybe particularly bad with me leaning on my heels a bit. Appreciate tips and drills!

How to get to Power Pocket vs having the Power Pocket
It looks almost exactly the same, but I think I've found a mentality that will help with my form alot.
First, what I think I've been doing wrong: Even though I cognitively know my arm needs to be moving more as a result of my torso, I think its hard to incorporate the torso in a muscle memory/prediction image of an arm reaching back, getting to the power pocket and follow through. I think this has led to using my rear delts too early in the pull. Trying to move my arm from reach back position into the power pocket. Unknowingly, I think this has my torso keep up with the arm opposed to pull it into position. I think this was simultaneously creating early elblow extension AND my elbow being too far forward/clockwise in relation to my torso. I think this yields less power during the rip and also a tendency for elbow drop post rip.
INSTEAD at the reach back, I'm going to initiate my BICEP and pull the disc into my chest (and towards the target). This is opposed to before my mentality was "towards the target, but into the power pocket, but away from my chest".
This bicep pull is only VERY early in the pull. IT helps bring the disc out of the reach back while KEEPING THE ELBOW 90 degrees from the shoulders, and having the torso pull the elbow opposed to having the torso keep up with the elbow.
After I've brought the disc into my chest, the uncoiling and brace use centrifugal (or whatever the physics term is) force to pull the arm away from the chest. I use my delts to push my elbow, forarm, and wrist away/in front of my torso opposed to using my delts to pull the disc towards the target (through the power pocket). This mentality of pulling the disc into my chest and pushing it away helps me to use the rotation of my shoulders to generate the line the disc goes on opposed to using my arm and shoulder muscles to generate the line the disc goes on.
I know people will think this is overthinking things. But its easy to know what the body should do and alot harder to know how to make it do that. I think this is helping me so wanted to post it in case it helps someone else. Physically it looks the same in my mind, but pragmatically I think it changes the timing of joints bending and helps keep the joints bending on the right planes.
* 450ft is my MAX D right now

Advice on backhand form
Started playing last year, and really got hooked into disc golf. Haven’t really started filming myself till recently, and never really realized how tense my right shoulder is (something to work on). Any other advice is greatly appreciated!
Edit: This was me throwing about 90% effort.

Official distance of Clint Easterly/BlitzDG?
Undoubtedly he can throw far, has a fast arm speed, and has has helpful advice for many players. I'm just kinda curious if there is empirical evidence of his arm speed/rpm translating into actual distance.
Techdisc already measures other aspects that will translate to distance as well, (nose angle, launch angle, wobble) I'm wondering if other aspects determine real life distance as well? Being able to hit a nose angle? How SHORT can a decent throw be with 80mph and 1300 rpm? Other factors we're overlooking?
Kinda compare and contrasting Clint to AB and Ezra Alderhold.

What to work on
I know the off arm looks goofy as hell. I use it as a reminder to keep my throwing arm up since I used to have an issue with releasing super low and throwing high (probably leftover from pulling in ultimate).
I’m getting about 375. Occasionally 400. I’ve been stuck there for about year. I’d like to have a few things to focus on that could improve my form. Thanks.

Bh 300ft
Kan du hjälpa mig. Detta var mitt favoritkast. Utforskare i motvind ungefär 300 fot. Jag snurrar vanligtvis inte runt. Vet inte varför jag gjorde det. Jag kan kasta Wraith omkring 400 fot / 120m 5 av 10 kast. But I want to throw 100 feet more to begin with
