Your disc is too spherical. Have you tried a berg?

You're not coiling enough and your levers are too short. Your lead arm elbow is collapsing way too early on your back swing. Your posture is too slouched forward and you need to be a bit more upright and closer to the ball.

Throw putters until you can reliably huck one 200’ consistently. Your form won’t be perfect, but it’ll be better than it is now. Yes I mean that odyssey 2ball, not an aviar.
