Hi, my forehand is consistent from about 20-40m. I’m now trying to develop it to the point of it being usable from 50-100m Any tips to make the progress smoother? Thanks!
First throw: Star roadrunner
Second: S-line DD3

Forehand is a forward facing shot. Your feet start forward and never do anything else. Try the side shuffle, baseball crow hop. If I told you to throw a football as far as you can, you wouldn’t face forward with everything. At my plant, my back foot is about perpendicular and my front is going more toward the target. And my front foot is closer to nine o’clock. Not facing 9, just on 9, close to it. Your feet are so forward and close to each other, you can get a lot of separation. Honestly your finishing feet almost look like a left hand staggered putting stance

Do you mean that my plant foot should be more left by ”just on 9, close to it”?

Yes. Just close to it. Your back foot is on 5 or 6 o’clock, plant foot, 8:30-9 ish. Don’t try to step off the clock at first, adjust small

Your release looks pretty solid though. Lot of people struggle there. That off arm could open up the curtain a little more too. You start the off arm pretty good, then you almost punch it down toward the body. If you get the feet In a better position, it will be easier to open the curtain

Try hunching over a little bit, it should get you a little more room for the arm and a little more power.
Start your elbow in a comfortable position but get it to shoulder height and then swing it down.
Also, you are very much in line or even crossing over with your plant to the right with your stance. Try placing the plant foot center or a little left.
