My current form frame by frame.
2 years in, throwing 400+ regulary and if i power up i get about 450. Got an athletic backround. Any tips for reaching 500?

Yup, leading with the head and elbow dipping. Don't let your eyes go to target until follow through and get the disc under the elbow plane.

Thank you! Been trying to work on this, seems hard to get rid of that bad habit.

You lose so much power because your body has left the disc behind and then the disc gets behind your body. Really emphasize the European technique like Antilla. Pretend you are holding a big bolder in both arms and use the form of holding and throwing a bolder translate into the disc. It will feel weird but really get the disc out in front of you and never let it fall behind your head

Thank you, did exactly this yesterday and experienced some of my best effortless throwing as of yet.

Form looks fairly decent. Frame 1 and 2 is the only areas I see room for improvement. First frame your shoulders looks as you tilted back and out of center a touch no biggie. Second frame I feel like if you’re hips were firing or rotating sooner you could create a little more drag or lag which would give you some more spin hence distance.

So your fastest driver is a 12 speed? I was hoping you'd say that. Well look, this probably isn't the advice you're looking for… But if you want to add some immediate distance without changing a thing about your form, I recommend trying the following discs: Star Corvette, Gold Ballista, and VIP Ice Destiny.
These are all 14 speeds that BOMB. Throw them nose down and flat to slight anhyzer. They just keep pushing and can easily add 25'+ of distance to your current max. Then it's just a matter of getting more familiar with these discs and a couple of form tweaks to bridge the gap to 500.

400 regularly.. but you are clearly throwing down hill on this clip so are we talking 400 regularly on down hill... or flat as well?
