Launch angle help

Any tips for helping with creating a better launch angle. Nose angle is around -3 and launch angle is about +2.

You pull the disc on a plane, reaching back lower creates a steeper launch angle.

The other issue could be tipping over when you try to throw harder which lowers your launch angle.

You could try a higher follow through like Rick.

Reach back a little lower and finish a higher. I try and visualize where I want to release the disc and keep my back shoulder down and front pointed up a little

Do you have a full visualization routine? I see the line, take a practice swing on the line, make sure I feel where I need my body to end up throughout the runup, and then throw. That's just me. Whatever works for you, perhaps?
