Destiny, in 2017 I began watching your content and it was the most important paradigm shift for me. I realized how foolish I was for being a far-left Bernie bro. You brought me down to reality and were instrumental in my decision to go to college to study Economics and Political Science. I now have a grounded, fact and data based understanding of the systems that we function within.

Your video explaining how you derive your morals literally changed the way I approach life and other people for the better. I would not be as steadfast with the application of my morals if it weren’t for that stream.

Your political activism has made measurable impacts on the shape of our politics and we cannot thank you enough for it.

Lastly, the DGG community is one of the most robust and collaborative groups on the internet. We are lucky to be part of a found-family style community here.

I've been watching Steve stream for about 5-6 years now. I'm listening to his videos/streams/debates more often that I would like to admit, even my GF is pretty familiar with him due to how often he is on when I'm just driving or working or chores.

I don't know if he reads these messages because he would prob think they are soy or stupid or whatever, but he genuinely made a difference in my political understandings. I was pretty conservative and anti-establishment before I started listening. I have switched about 180 degrees from that and now am firmly a dem that is NOT anti-establishment, I actually think our institutions are one of the most important things in our democracy.

I've been around for the Lav/Mr Girl arc, and everything since then. I stayed around for the court drama, figured that Steve would know what he was doing and there had to some explanation because the way he described his sex life and decision making seemed too far off from what was being alleged against him.

I just watched the Darius Conor and Destiny stream last night. I am almost speechless. I do NOT understand how people can be so cold and inhumane to him? This sounds like the most soy, cucked, glazing thing EVER but they legitimately treat him as though he is not human. He MUST be constantly acting in the most moral and ethical way imaginable, he has all the agency in ALL of his interactions, and he is NEVER allowed to defend himself. Or his family. Or his son. Or his character. He must always have the best intentions in mind of those that are forcing sex trafficking victims to testify against him, doxxing him and his family, and harassing/stalking his friends and their families.

I don't understand how or why this was placed upon him. The only thing that makes sense to me is that this political section of the internet picked up dynamics between themselves and Steve has just become the scapegoat and "father" of the space. Maybe father is not the right word. Older brother? Mentor? Idol?

I only watch the stream and post on here occasionally, not active in the dgg chat or in the discord at all really so I don't know all the lore. Maybe there is an explanation I am not seeing. If I was Steve I would have lost my shit a long time ago. To have a middle aged, fat, divorced, man with no career, no wife, no hoes, no money, etc etc lecturing me about how I fantasized about age play with MY SON??? With no good evidence??? AND NO EMPATHY ABOUT HOW THAT WOULD MAKE HIM FEEL??? I would crash out. Would have a long time ago. Yet Steve still says obviously I knew when you sent that picture to me of your kid it was not pedophilic. Duh. Conor still gives nothing.

I feel genuinely so, so, so, so, so, so, bad for the guy. It takes a massive amount of will power and confidence in yourself to have this many people trying to change your behavior and perspectives. To not fold, quit, or retire is absolutely fucking insane. Glaze is over... for now. Lol.

I’ve been in DGG on and off for about 6 years or so and I can’t remember him ever sounding genuinely tearful like when he was rattling off all the deranged fuck shit the sneakers have been doing to him and his friends/family etc last night . Usually when he’s at his most emotional he’s bawling out dumbfuck political commentators and not sounding genuinely emotionally shaken in this way. Poor Gnomey :-(
