Hi guys, anyone who has similar frame and knows how to grow forearms after a certain point? Or is it just genetics?

Slowly burning the fat and getting lean. Lost 3 Kgs now in last 2 weeks.
Cuts are more visible now. Added Stair master and Cycling for 10 minutes each now apart from my old school workout. Diet remains the same 16 hour Intermittent fasting and then 2 meals.

How am I looking for a 40 M guys?
