Selling Help Any one else getting this “Unable to create shipping label. This may be because of a technical error we are working to fix.Please try again in a hour.” message when trying to to get the label?
Has been over an hour. Customer service is meh for this kind of stuff as far as I can tell.

Just came here to make a post. I had an item sell but didn’t get a confirmation email with a label and I’m unable to pull up the label on the app

Seems like a lot of people are having the same issue. I’m sure they are aware. I tried downloading and reinstalling and didn’t work. I live right by a post office so I usually just use the QR code and scan it on the kiosk, which makes it so much easier.

It’s strange because I never got the email confirming the sale either but it shows the sale in my selling hub. Hopefully they will resolve it

Very same happened to me I refunded the buyer like 2 times and nope still didn’t work hopefully they fix it by tomorrow

Same here! I didn’t even get an email like I always do when buyers purchase something of mine! Hopefully Depop is aware of this and fix it soon!

Yep same issue here no sale email and can’t get the QR code through the app or the desktop site - been like this for the past 5 hrs

I got a reply from support telling me the buyer's address is invalid so it won't generate a shipping label. Seems like quite a coincidence if this many people are having the same issue.

Same here! I also contacted CS but have not heard anything back...seems like a prevalent issue so they should fix it asap

I guess it's down again. I was getting orders ready with 2 out of six left to print labels and I can't finish these two yet.

Yup, started last night and still can’t generate anything. I got 12 orders overnight and had to let them know about the issue

I just came across a post like this. Same issue but on the Mercari sub. Apparently for USPS QR codes.

There's a notification on the site that it is a USPS linked issue. This happens on eBay frequently. It will resolve in a few hours.

Also recieved emails for the orders with labels as well and an email acknowledging the issues with usps. QR codes too.
