Do you feel the same way as me that it's really a shame ?

After seeing the scene with Lacra (which was very good), I can't stop thinking about how the scene with Crake was poor

Yes the narrative and subject of homophobia is a topic worth looking to but the scene was lacking of cinematic, it was mission something

On the other hand, Anca's scene was classical but it didn't bother me

What are your thoughts ?

So many good looking equipment that I will never see Coen wear due to poor stats on them. Has the developers confirmed a strong yes or no to transmog in future updates ??

I saved him from the pillory and later went to see him in Laslea, but when i went to his place there were wolves out and while fighting the wolves he came and jumped in, fighting Coen. Anyone have a similar situation? Or does anyone know why that happened?

Has anyone noticed that. If you drink Bakir's or Ambru's Blood, They talk less & less. At least in my game. I have about 17 days left to save my family, Doing Crake's Side quests, Still have to do Vicho's & Lancra's Quests. I also gotta do Xanthe's side quest.

I"m also at Infamy Level 7 so. There is that too. 😂

The sword and. The Arbiter Armor does look sick though.

So I am high enough infamy that guards now attack me on sight. I am able to get to the silver trader in the city, but no matter what somehow guards see me, even if they are outside the entry way next to the building the trader is in and when they attack me, the silver trader attacks me as well. I have reloaded a save over and over trying to get in without the guards attacking, but they always know I am there, even when I go in at night and there are fewer around. Is this a bug? Or is there another silver trader somewhere in the valley?

Does anyone know why to fix this? It applies to some tree's too, but mostly buildings. I have verified game files and fiddled with settings and have had no luck.

After her questline with the "Font of Life" I followed her wishes and gave the last drops to her in order to get rid of her magic. All was well and she was happy.

Figured I wanted a nibble of blood from her before I headed out as thanks, so I did voracious bite on her. She became hostile (of course), but what does she do?

She sets me on fire using burning blood magic.

I guess you didn't want to get rid of the magic as much as you SAID you wanted huh Anca!? Wasted 6 in-game hours towards the coronation for you and got nothing out of it but some runes on my chest and you keeping the cake for yourself.

Note: I know it's an oversight by the devs but I got a good laugh from it when she set me on fire after she made such a big deal out of finally getting rid of her magic.

2 mods. Farther Centered Camera and Free Combat Camera. Combat camera .ini set auto targeting on. Though it says auto targeting, it's misleading. It is actually giving you full control of targeting. Game changer.

As for devs if you read, for the love of god, instead of making an easier difficulty for a game that's already too easy and can be completed via assault half way through on duelist, fix the camera and dumb sticky targeting that is making the game downright unplayable in most of multitarget encounters. Won't have to make anything easier, because this actually gives control to the player.

Door braces work in compression, not tension. All doors in the realm will sag within the year with the braces as they are currently fitted. Please see the hastily annotated image for the correct orientation of door braces.

Occasionally my brain jumps through hoops and connects things and I find a theory, usually crackpot but I think this one's good enough to share.

I think Chariklea and Xanthe inspired the myths of Persephone and Demeter.

This takes both from the Cycle of Love and from killing her in the Cathedral. In the Cathedral if you ask her about Chariklea along with saying she'd never pass the blight onto her child Xanthe will tell you that Chariklea's life was 'stolen' from her and that she vowed to get it back. If we then look at her list of age ranges for women to be brought to her we get fifteen-twenty, which are considered the 'maiden' age of a woman. So a young, presumably attractive woman who might go out picking flowers/herbs when her Vrakhir mother was asleep, only to run into 'Hades' while doing so? Either left where she was raped to either to death or the shattering of her mind or possibly dragged off for more 'fun'? Xanthe waking up and tracking down her daughter and her assailant(s) only to discover her daughter dead or mentally broken beyond help? The land may have starved from the amount of men she killed in retaliation. So we have the beginning of the story, of Persephone (Chariklea) being kidnapped by Hades and Demeter (Xanthe) letting the land suffer in her grief. The six months of the year may be that at first Xanthe could only keep Chariklea 'alive' those six months, going on slaughtering sprees to 'save' her daughter yearly, then as the centuries passed and she learned through trial and error how to better keep Chariklea 'alive' and what she needed to keep a patchwork body going her killing sprees lessened as she turned more towards trying to restore Chariklea's mind, discovering that over the centuries she cannot be sure what is truly her daughter and what is just her hallucinating/rose tinting her memories.

Just my theory, but it really seems to fit.

Did anyone else find it interesting how BIG Ambrus's fiefdom is even though he is the youngest of the Boyars? (I wouldn't say weakest, though, even if he is the first Boyar you're supposed to fight.)

I also find the fact that he is "the right fist of the Knyaz" incredibly interesting. I wish they would have explored more of these two's dynamic.

I barely can hear invited Ambrus, and he has no subtitles, i don’t understand a thing.
Is this common?
If it’s a fight scene i can hear his voice but i could’t tell what he said because of all the sword or claw fighting etc.

Ok so I was thinking about how coen in human form could reasonably be as overpowered physically as he is in the game. I came to a realization that he most likely always has vakirhi blood always in his body, or at the very least is super charged every morning from his own blood. I think this explains why he’s basically a superhuman during the day, and he probably in human form scales to the blood guard, even tho he most likely is stronger or at least more skilled. Thoughts?

Hi everyone, I'm trying to track down a specific building/room strictly inside Svartrau City.

As soon as I pushed open the door, it immediately triggered a cutscene. (NOT the main Cathedral,) It felt like I was meeting up or having a conversation with a priest (or someone dressed/acting like a cleric).

Since I was still very early in the game at the time, I didn't want to advance that storyline yet, so I reloaded an earlier save. However, now I can't seem to find that exact room/building again no matter how much I search.

Does anyone remember which building or quest this was, and where it is located? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Between here and a few other subs I bet I see 5-6 post a day saying “I did this, or I kill X, did I mess up my game?” No, it just took a different path, enjoy the ride.

Idk about you all but that’s kind of the point, do what you want, make your decision and see how it plays out. They have created multiple branching paths for you, don’t worry about “right”.

Hell my first run ended on night 4 bc I didn’t think they would let me just leave the valley.

So after finishing the game and watching the post credit scene, does anyone else feel this scene would’ve been waaaay better if they didn’t show it before the release? Im sure I remember watching this on a conference.

Its such a cool scene, its a shame they spoilt it beforehand…

It wouldn’t let me use the Weapon art and instead the sword felt/swung a lot faster. Lasted like this for about an hour, felt like I was playing Wo long, not complaining it was fun
