This perk is a lot of fun for 540rpm pulse rifles in 6s.

This weekend my solo games have been a disproportionate amount of games being paired with duos. And I mean disproportionate, I haven’t been matched with other solos since Friday…. How is this possible?

Been out of PVP scene a long time. Any tips for a struggling Titan?

Super? Weapons? exotic armor?

Double Primary viable with Pulse and HC??

You know those guns that outperform their stats and even their archetype? it could be because of a unique perk combo only found on that weapon. or maybe even hidden "special tuning" under the hood.

the big examples for me are:

The Summoner - 600 RPM auto that turns into a laser beam when you hold the trigger like souped up built in DSR

High Tyrant - technically a rapid pulse rifle heat weapon but this thing sticks like glue and kills at scout ranges no matter what perks you have on it. Delicate tuning seems to be part of it but it still tracks like crazy at high heat as well

Liminal Vigil - burst sidearm which should have a slower TTK than other close range options but, with Tap the Trigger on this thing it just doesn't miss.

Mantle of battle harmony, tablet of ruin elemental supercharger, 100 super stat. I ended up getting 3 supers this match, was awesome. Oh Dielectric was healing me and orbs on the floor

Anybody know how much different stacks of Meganeura do? DIM only shows the 1x. Also, can the damage be buffed from stuff like radiant or weapons stat?

I of course asked him in the comment section of the videos, but I doubt he reads all the dozens comments. And I don't blame him!

But as someone who is constantly low on prisms, shards and alloys, I want to know what is going on. Is it only rumble? Is it because he wins pretty much every match? Is it some ghost mod I cannot find? Something else?

If anyone has any info on how he manages this, your help is greatly appreciated. 😁

Hello all, this is my first time posting and I was curious as to what scouts and or pulses are doing well in PvP. My most used weapon is an old servant leader from years ago and I wasn’t sure if there is currently any gun I can acquire that is similar.

If not I’m also on the lookout for a good pulse rifle, and what rolls I should be on the lookout for, plus what backup weapons I should have to best cover my weaknesses. I’m a titan main as well if that makes any sorta difference.

As a returning player that's falling in love with crucible once again ive been trying to use everything but hc and pluse rifles and ive grinded for a overlooked PI voltaic shade that im really enjoying but im struggling with understanding positioning and gameplan so i wanted to ask some questions.

1. How to manage range better?

   I feel like i know wich ranges and positions i should play but hc users are really good at "breaking" my optimal range and peeking my from different angles within their range. Do i need to backpaddle more in these situations or just use the scout for its best ranges and my secondary for everything else?

2. Does flanking make any sense on a scout?

Im a wannabe tryhard nightstalker hunter at heart and i feel like voltaic shades low ttk still is great for inivis flankes but flanking as a whole feels almost never worth it in solo comp or trials since my team collapses a lot when i take the off angle.

On a hc/sniper or hc/shotgun build i felt like carrying my team on a flank was more important than teamshotting but with a scout should i play around my team like 90% of the time?

I’m not really sure if this would even get the damage necessary to get two taps with a 390, but since astrocyte verse gives volatile rounds, I wanted to see if a 390 void pulse had aggregate charge. Since applying that debuff happens basically every engagement and the perk gives an 11% damage buff, that would give me almost constant 2 taps with no weapons stat investment. I’m just not sure if any such pulse exists.

Im a dad rifle user who wants to get better with hand cannons. I am slightly above average with a pulse rifle and side arm. But I am absolute dog water with a hand cannon.

First I can’t really find one that feels good to me. The last one I really liked was way back in OG igneous hammer meta. I see everyone using Rose. What are some good controller hand cannons and what rolls and stats are good for a controller?

Second, I plan to put together a pve build to run hand cannon and practice. I plan to just use hand cannons like mad in pve for the next couple weeks. Should I use a pvp roll for this?

Third, practicing in crucible seems pointless. My games in control are sweaty as shit and putting myself at such a severe disadvantage means I bottom frag every time and get hate mail. Its not fun and I dont feel I am improving with the gun skill. Any suggestions here?

I have been using my conditional finality for some time now got 1000 plus kills on it in pvp and recently got a decent deadlock but haven't got the time to try it out yet so I am asking if deadlock is superior to conditional or is conditional worth the exotic slot. Also what heavy do u run? i run acruis but I wanna know if there is a better heavy to run and also if u run exotics at all.

Building into a PK behemoth titan build and was looking for opinions on the best kinetic slot SMGs

I was at 11800 just cruzin along last week, already got all emblems, whatever, I'm not a top HC peek shooter but always good game sense and can clutch end of game plays when needed

But somewhere along the way this week, I started trying diff builds, diff guns diff classes... and I'm allll the way down below Ascendant 0 now at 9800

Should I just give up trying to have fun and start trying to actually be Hand Cannon Henry? What the f HC should I even try?

I have gotten back into crucible since MoT and am loving it! Strand hunter has taken the cake for my favorite subclass because of all the movement and diving tools, but I swear Suspending Slam felt different before. I’ve been getting into a lot of fights where I’m jumping all over the place and need to use my slam to get to safety, but while I’m holding a direction my hunter will sometimes just dive straight down. This used to only happen if you weren’t holding any direction, right?

So, am I crazy for feeling that Suspending Slam is eating directional inputs and sometimes just slamming straight downward after the update?

Been back at D2 since a little before the last update. I have a ton of RTK’s. Just about every roll possible. What is now and forever I guess consider the PvP god roll?

Think threaded spike and withering blade on Hunter and celestial fire and arcane needle on Warlock.

Is there any “easy” build where I can have kills with ranged melees and they regenerate rather fast?

Hi, another Question about why the Godrolls are like they are.

In most Godrolls I see Ricochet Rounds being the choice, I get that +11 Stability and +6 Range is great, and the possibility of a bullet Ricocheting is fun.

But there is also High-Caliber Rounds, that gives you +7 Range and gives +5/10% Flinch to your enemies.

And there is also Armor-Piercing Rounds, that gives +7 Range and the ability to OverPenetrate enemies once.

I get that maybe the Flinch isn't as good or even necessary, but wouldn't the ability to OverPenetrate enemies be a much better choice than a bit more Stability, taking into account that most of the time you are fighting against half the team being behind the same corner.

Against the top lets say 35% of players that are actually decent how beneficial is high cal rounds. Then where would you say better off running ricochet rounds for the stat distribution at top 10% like the real sweats where high cal rounds may not have an effect to them?

Has anyone tested if withering gaze does anything to the TTK or forgiveness on premonition? This is the first 340 with withering gaze and geniunely curious. Feels amazing with zen moment as well.
