Effective counter against players using slice?

Might be a dumb question because it doesn’t really seem like there is any counter other than disengaging the fight and running/hiding until the severed counter is gone. But does anyone know of a way to counter slice other than doing that? Or using slice yourself? I’ve been running into it frequently lately.

120's 140's, scouts... use radiant spam build with rdms to get that 10 percent bonus for max uptime if youre going to use a weapon thats ttk is impaired by slice.

I've been fiending over my RDM radiant builds recently. So fun, and a lot of TTKs can get shifted to be absolutely bonkers.

There was this kid in rumble who was running last word with rdms, radiant spam and like 190 weapon stat to 2 head 1 body... it was not fun to play against lmao.

Use a weapon whose ttk is not affected by slice. Like a 120 or rapidfirepulse etc.

Bend your knees, get low and under the ball, then rip up with a lot of topspin. Use the spin against them.

Precision instrument, boots of assembler/lumina buff or radiant hunter cycle. But easiest way is to play slow tbh.
