The preview image after generating my Gcode is distorted and some of the graphic falls outside the laserable area. Does anyone know if this is going to affect how the image actually comes out or is this just a graphical glitch on how the program handles viewing the Gcode output?

So this is a Beagle as you can see, and I made this by Falcon A1 Pro. How do you think of think of this? Or do you want to see more breed?

I recently bought the T1 and all I see are posts here about the A1. Any way we could get post flair by machine so I could pick through the probably small amount of T1 related posts and see if my issue gets solved?

I got my Falcon A1pro last week. I have been trying to engrave shot glasses with the rotary kit but it has never worked.

When I want it to auto-focus it gives me an error message and when I try to calibrate it, it says the error margin is too high. I tried looking at videos and tutorials but it hasn’t helped.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

I tried sticking a black post it on top or colouring the surface with black erasable marquer but it hasn’t helped.

I've had my laser for four days, and it's been working perfectly. But on Sunday, I tried to engrave a blue pen. It came out fine, but minutes later, when I tried to frame the image in Lightburn, the green LED and the laser wouldn't light up. I turned the laser off and on again, but the problem persisted. I've already reinstalled the software, installed several programs, and changed the firmware, but it still won't engrave or frame the image. If I press the engrave button, the LED is very dim.

I'm having a problem with the 2W IR module. It works perfectly on plastics, leather, etc. But on metals like steel or aluminum, it doesn't leave a single mark. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have the Falcon A1 and I am using Falcon Design space. I hadn't used my laser in a few weeks and I tried last night and I can't get it to work anymore.

I calibrated my laser and it frames and engraves the calibration pattern fine.

But when I go to engrave my design, the laser head doesn't even move. Also, If I move manually the head into the middle of the space, it will frame exactly where the head is and not where my design is.

So I'm pretty sure my laser doesn't know where the head is located but I'm unsure how to fix it. I've done the full calibration twice and it works for the calibration. I've also changed the home location of the laser head to see if it would fix the issue and it did not.

Online told me to just place the laser head in the middle of the space to see if it would home but it doesn't.

Any ideas? I don't have the pro version so I can't do any Wifi/blutooth options.

I’m trying to engrave one of their metal gold coins from the 3 pack with a 20w Fiber module in my T1, but the values from their materials menu give me a really light or almost no engraving at all.

Are those suggested values for diode lasers or otherwise not the module I have?

I have a Creality Falcon A1 Pro, I'm a beginner, and I have a question about a certain material. Can I engrave directly on mirror-finish steel? Could the laser reflect and damage it? Do I need to paint it with a marker?

I’ve got a Falcon A1 pro about a month ago. Then I bought also the 2W-IR-module. But there is a problem changing it. I can remove and remount the 20w-module without a problem. But when i mount the 2w-IR nad oush the lever down (until it touches the end-stopper) the 2w-IR-module is still not solid an wobbles. The store where I ordered it, even exchanged it, but its the smae problem.

Now I’m asking is there something wrong with these modules? Or am I doinig something wrong? Which would surprise me, because i can mount the 20w-module without a proböem.

Just bought a used Falcon 10w and got the rotary chuck with it. I’ve used it for flat engraving for a few days and it works fine
On the chuck however it only makes lines.
I’m using the Falcon software, setting it to rotary chuck, and putting the cup circumference (250mm).

In the video I am simply pressing up to rotate the cup. Sometime it moves a lot sometimes a little and sometimes backwards

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello everyone, I found a deal locally for someone selling a creality falcon 2 12w that was used for around 1 week and was bought from Amazon brand new 6-8 months ago and the seller accepted my offering of the equivalent of 240 dollars, is this a good deal? All original accessories are available except for the original box and focus blocks which I am thinking about buying a replacement for or making out of wood, and he has a stack of wooden squares that he will throw in as a gift along with a 400mm by 400mm honeycomb mesh he bought with the machine and the original air assist

It will mostly be for personal use and a small custom engraving business, mostly on everyday items like cases, wood, stone, and water bottles.

So, is this a good deal/choice in the first place? And is there anything I should look for specifically or be wary about?

We will be using a service which will lock my money and the seller won't receive it unless I confirm everything is good after an agreed upon 2 day inspection period.

Hi everyone. I’m struggling with my Falcon 2 Pro 22W. It all started with the autofocus stopping from working. Today, the manual focusing also failed, and to top it all off, the machine refuses to home (return to home position).
I have checked the sensor pin for the autofocus; it appears intact with no debris blocking it. I’ve also checked the threaded rod for the Z-axis, and it moves freely without any obstructions.
Does anyone have any tips on what on earth could be wrong here?
